Exceptional care and commitment to customer satisfaction. Rented a truck last minute the day of and the truck I reserved was not available, placed me in a smaller truck Tacoma , to get me on the road the same day and called me days later with a full size truck half ton, like i reserved. A 2024 gmc sierra. Consistent communication and dedication by the staff is exceptional at this location.

I have rented several vehicles from this location. The staff is always professional, friendly and works to accommodate the customer's needs. Vehicles are always clean and well kept as far as maintenance. I've had to rent for a month a couple of times and had no issues with the vehicles. Best place for car rental in the area.

Update 4/24: went to rent today for not fault insurance claim, The Female Clerks attitude was enough for me to modify this review from a 5 to a 1. If this is the type of staff you're going to keep, we will gladly give our business to someone else!

Rented a White Armada for insurance claim, the car was ready on arrival, well maintained, and Calvin and his coworkers were very attentive, fast, and courteous. Will be back again

This office is well run. On my last rental this past week, Marcus what's professional and did a great job on checking me in and getting me on the road. Other staff had done the same on previous rentals. Once again, great office staff.

I reserved the wrong size vehicle and I was able to upgrade to the next size on the spot with out any problems. I really appreciate the patience that they showed towards me. I was in and out at a reasonable time.
