Eileen Fontaine was my real estate agent and made the purchase of my previously owned mobile home a cake walk! She made herself available to answer any and all of my questions about the purchase process. I seriously welcomed that and aprreciated it as a first time home buyer. Dale Ruth Deaton listed and represented the seller for the home we bought. She had rude comments for other realtors about not submitting low offers. Dale insisted that we must close in thirty days which put a great burden on both the seller and on us, the buyers. We assumed the buyer needed this time of essence but when we met the buyer she assumed the same about us. All of the unnecessary stress and the rush for the seller to move, was caused by Dale.Dale did not show up at the walk through of the home or the closing. I would say she did not help her client a bit. Dale is simply a waste of oxygen that some useful human could be breathing. Stay far away from this realtor.

DO NOT use for their Property Mgmt.! Can I give negative stars!?! I have had rentals properties in N. Carolina, Georgia, and California. I have always had a property manager involved since I did not live nearby them. When I purchased the property in Florida, I contacted Exit Realty for property management services. The man they have doing their property management was just plain incompetent. I found out there were some plumbing issues that needed to be looked at and when I contacted him, he sent me a name and phone number of a plumber. That was it. I can use google to do that - why would I pay a property manager? I had to have locks changed on the door to the property. It took over two months and several emails/phone calls for him to send me a copy of the new key. I could go on for pages....literally! Closing my account with them - after the property manager canceled our agreement because we couldn't work "amicably" - took two months! I even had to get the franchise owner and their attorneys involved. The property manager even informed his son was a real estate attorney - I think he was trying to intimidate me? I even offered to contact his son to help him understand what is job was suppose to be! (He didn't take me up on it.) I spent way to much of my time dealing with this so called property manager & Exit Realty Tri-County. If you want a property manager so you do not have to spend your limited time on the little tasks of rental ownership, stay away from Exit.
