Casey Murdock at our local branch is fantastic. She has the most pleasant and welcoming demeanor. She always remembers us by first name. She has been super instrumental in providing us with financial support. She always takes time to explain any questions.

This credit union does not value anyone’s time. There are never enough people working. If you go in to the lobby, there is always a long line and only one person working. Same with the drive thru. I am assuming it is a staffing issue, but it’s been like this for a long time, you would think it would be remedied by now. I don’t expect to be waited on the second I come through the door or drive thru but shouldn’t have to wait 20+ mins in line either.

Alexandria is amazing. Use to bank here and walked in and she took me right away and set me up, set up my online, gave me my debit card, walked me through all the new stuff since I have been gone.
Such a pleasure to meet her and she is amazing.

RE: Patricia Nix Fairwinds Credit Union representative . . .I have to say, I walk into the Mount Dora branch of Fairwinds credit Union to get a card replaced that I lost and one of the representatives (Patricia Nix) from FAIRWINDS recognize me when I walked in. I was logging into the non-appointment monitor and she called out to me and asked what can she help me with and walked over to me. I told her and she said come on in my office and we will take care of that for you.Patricia Nix assisted me. She is a credit to that branch; in all regards.A genuine woman with a sincere mentality and mannerism with the intent to help. She’s the one I’ll go to from now on that’s my second interaction with Patricia, she made the visit painless.Yay Patricia Nix ??

I had a perfectly LOUSY EXPERIENCE today at the Mt. Dora Drive thru Teller. I had in hand a low value monthly check from my Renter that I cash tbe same way every month for the past several years at this Location. I was told they needed to call the Renter to verify the Check. The Renter was skeptical about the call and expressed that sentiment. My id is perfect FL Drivers license and they can see the same withdrawal make by check and cashed to me each of many many past months! This is a no brainer! After 20 minutes of shenanigans I pleaded that they look at their own records. A manager finally overroad the Teller. What a waste of everyone’s precious time! CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!

All I can say is wow! This branch has gone above & beyond to truly impress me. I have been a Fairwinds member for nearly 15 years. My home branch has seen me grow up & grow my business, yet the we’re always unable to work with me to get me a loan or credit card. When I tell you this branch manager went ABOVE & BEYOND to hear my frustrations I work with me to accomplish my goals. Pat Nix has been the single most helpful Fairwinds Employee to assist me in 15 years. In the last four months, she was able to help me open a business credit card as well as finance my new vehicle purchase. I sent her an email on a Tuesday after 4:30pm and she returned my email with a phone call promptly at 5:30 PM. She informed me that she was very sick and out of the office for the week. However, she helped me make contact with her assistant who is able to get my business loan from application to completed within 8 hours the following day. Her assistant Mandie was phenomenal at communicating & worked very diligently to get my loan close immediately. I cannot stress enough how much Pat has done to help preserve my relationship with Fairwinds as opposed to going to another bank. I will forever speak highly on this branch.

Went to make a cash deposit last nite at ATM. System said not available. Went this morn before my flight and ATM still said not available transaction at this time. So glad I opened an acct across the street at vystar. Made the deposit there instead.
