Each week I stop at the Mount Dora branch to either cash or deposit my check, Leslie the teller Manager usually handles my transaction for me, she is so professional and always ask me if she could help with anything else while I'm there. Thanks Leslie for your great work.

Highly recommended this branch. I've dealt with Jackie Clark (Banker at this branch) a few times and she is always so helpful and nice.

We have always had the BEST experiences with everyone there. We own our own business locally and we stop by probably 3 times per week. They're always welcoming, helpful and courteous! We unfortunately had a fraudulent charge at one point and when I called the bank personally they acted fast. Thank you Mount Dora Seacoast staff- Sam & Sara

I visit this branch 1-2 times per week and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Any questions I have or issues that arise are always handled promptly and when necessary they follow up with a phone call or email to let me know the outcome.

Employees make it impossible to get anything accomplished and make up new rules every visit. Everyone about this bank is a problem now that they have lost the only good teller. Do yourself a favor and withdraw your money and take your business someplace else because they don't care and are not willing to help!

I am very upset with this bank .I had a fraud purchase and they closed my account's debit card. I pay all my bills by this debit card, When I ask them to get me new card I was told to expedite a new card I would have to pay 75.00 to do that or I can wait 2 to 3 weeks for them to send a new one. In the mean time all my bills are coming due. If Fairwinds credit Union can make me a new card at their office .Why can't a full service Bank do the same. I have been a customer at this bank since it was built and was First Green Bank. What happened to home town banking?

They like to tack on the fees. More then any bank I've seen. They hold checks twice as long as any bank I have. Not a happy customer.

We decided to open accounts at this bank back when it was First Green Bank. We appreciated the environmental values followed by the bank, and stopping by to transact business was not a chore as the tellers were friendly. Well, First Green in its wisdom decided to merge with Seacoast Bank. With every merger there is a "winner" and it was Seacoast in this case. The First Green CEO and other executives no doubt received golden parachutes and bailed out, but a few First Green branches closed. Our local branch remained open but a few employees were let go and someone we knew was demoted as a Seacoast employee was rewarded with her job. Seacoast and this branch seem okay as banks go, though of course the Earth-friendly values, we understand, have slipped away, and it has lost the edge that caused us to sign on with them. It seems very empty in there now - no receptionist out front, fewer employees in sight, and I wouldn't be surprised if this branch closes at a later date. Turns out it was as all about money after all, which of course isn't exactly a shock or anything, but must be sad for the remaining First Green employees.
