Selling fake 7omhz products that don’t authenticate with the QR code among various other identifiers. Leads to a Completely bogus website that doesn’t ever load. I understand that it’s near impossible to spot a fake product without being able to scan the QR code, but I would expect the employee to do more then shrug and say “idk” when I show how it’s obviously not a real product by bringing in a real 7ohmz product and scanning both in front of them. It’s more than a minor inconvenience to burn over 40 bucks. I understand a no return policy, but offering an exchange or really offering anything seems accountable.

Really disappointed. Bought a glass piece from them that looked great, get home and see there's a fracture on the inside of the chamber. Unable to give me refund. I get that's the normal with places like this, but it doesn't make it any better as a consumer. And before you say I should've checked before buying, the idea I should have to look over an item in a display case for damage is absurd.

This is the place. Best Vape shop in town. I have lived in the area for 30 years and only go here.
Nicely located, very nice people, Good selection of goods. Comfy atmosphere.
5/5 if you don't like this place then chances are that you're the problem ?

Everyone at Gator Vapes has always been more than accommodating and helpful within the years I’ve been going there. The owner is knowledgeable and best ever- she is amazing and can answer pretty much any question(s) that you have- and Dave has always been incredibly wonderful as well. They remember your name and what you are usually looking for and customer service is impeccable. Been to other vape shops and never had the quality of service or seen any other shop go above and beyond to try to help with whatever you need. Wonderful shop and love the staff!!
