I found the customer service first rate. Jenn made signing up a smooth and pleasant process. I had an email question and she responded quickly and helpfully and she checked in on us during move in. Hard to top that effort!

Talking about great, compassionate, efficient service. If we had 10 stars for Jenn, I would give it. Wow! I arrived broken and Jenn helped me feel whole and safe again. Her diligence has been exceptional more than once.

Walked in today and was in and out with a new storage unit rental in probably less than 15 minutes time! Kenia led the way and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Chase, who was new and undergoing training, also did a terrific job getting me set up in the system with ease. Great experience, great people, super clean and accessible facility. Highly recommend! Thanks Kenia and Chase!😃

The office staff is super friendly and very helpful! The office, storage building and unit were all very clean. Move in was easy and uneventful.

Decent enough facility but expect them to immediately raise your rent after 5-months. They do it every time. It is disappointing that they pounce so quickly.

Beware of this place!!i had my stuff there for the past 4 years and 4 years ago I started off 54.99 a month and at the end of my 4 years had to pay out 500 dollars!!.so let me explain why!the reason why is because she threatened to auction our stuff not once not twice but 3 times!and the reason for that was because a year ago she forced me to pay her 550.00 dollars to get my stuff back and then after I paid her the 550.00 she only gave me two days to come clear the unit out and when I clearly told her that I had no nothing to come take the stuff out of there with she said well that's not my problem and so therefore she locked me back out of the unit and charged me another $162.00 knowing that I couldn't afford to pay any more money out and after that she told me that she wouldn't charge me anymore money but yet she did anyway and then 2 months later she had done racked me up another bill of $576.00 dollars and then threatened to auction my stuff not once not twice but 3 times! and then when I went in and offered to pay at least 100 down towards the $576.00 and she said sorry no can do really!!?? money is money! so then another 2 weeks went by and then she added on another 100.00 dollars and by the time that I did have the $576.00 to pay her she had already went behind my back and added on another 276.00 dollars onto my bill and I called her to talk to her about it and as usual no answer or returned phone call.so then I drove all the way from New Smyrna Beach where I live now all the way down to lake county to talk to her in person and forced her to take the additional 276.00 off of the bill and lowered the bill back down to the 576.00 and paid it to her and then again she only gave me two days to empty the unit and because of that it took me two separate trips in 3 days of time to get it and the 3rd and final day we had to stay there all night to finish emptying it until 6 am the next morning!and we had been there since 9 pm the night before! after working a 8 hour day at work and was already weak and tired.but that didn't seem to matter.and we didn't get home until 9:30 am the next day!and then had to sleep all day to get any sleep from being up all night and there working the night before! and now a week later after we've been having the unit empty,she sends me another bill late last night a little after midnight for yet another $162.62!and we no longer even own the unit!and yet she's still trying to charge me for it when we've been vacated out of it for a week now!so the basic moral of the story is,if you value your stuff especially sentimental things like I had,DONT TAKE THEM HERE! because you will never see your stuff again!

About a month ago I was looking for a storage unit for my boat. So I called MYPLACE self storage and I spoke with KENIA she was great . So a month later I called and spoke with her again and she WAS VERY HELPFUL and had a unit available 10 x30. She explained everything about the unit and the unit was perfect fit for my boat. And JENN the other associate was very helpful as well. A VERY NICE FACILITY OF STORAGE UNITS I RECOMMEND THEM. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Would highly recommend. We’ve used many storage centers before, so we know the good from the bad. This one was an extremely convenient location and our unit was way cleaner than any we have used in the past. The people at the office, especially Kenia, actually really cared about good customer experience. If you’re in the area and need storage, I would recommend you try here first.
