I’ve been going here for 10 years and never had any complaints until today. While I was waiting a woman that works there named Evelyn was extremely rude. If she had been the person doing my taxes I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and go visit Evelyn during tax season! My husband and I have really never had a “good” experience with filing taxes, and this time we left happy and not stressed at all! Evelyn is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful and she did everything she could to help us. We were in and out in under an hour - a first! We will 10000% be using her again next year, and actually are looking forward to doing our taxes. If you live in the Mount Dora area (or even if you don’t) do yourself a favor and visit these fine folks - it would even be worth the drive.

Evelyn was absolutely amazing, she answered all my questions and went above and beyond for me. She made me feel so comfortable and i learned a lot in one sitting with her then i ever have. Thank you H&R and Evenlyn.

Terrible service. They barely acknowledged or talked to me. I didn’t receive any useful information or advice for my taxes. I would go to a different location than this one.

The process was so breezy and stress-free. Debbie was PHENOMENAL and made my experience great. The customer service was quick and I felt very confident that everything was done to perfection. On top of all this, the price for the service was unbeatable. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Debbie. Great customer service skills and she knows her stuff!
