I did not get my pedicure. I called ahead of time to make sure they took walk-ins...yes. I went in, and they were so backed up because they were short staffed. While I waited I watched an elderly lady in a wheelchair get her toes done up near the front of the store. She had terrible foot fungus with thick yellow nails. When he finished, she paid and left. He walked straight over to the next woman seated at a manicure station and proceeded to work on her nails. He never washed his hands after finishing with the elderly lady in the wheelchair. I will not be going back.

Great attention to detail for all the services me and my daughter and I had done. Very friendly and professional. This is only the second nail salon I've tried in Mt Dora, but it is by far the best of the two. The prices were pretty standard, in my opinion. Definitely will be going back.

Called in advance and set up an appointment. Arrived at location and waited over a hour in salon without begin helped. Two people walked in about 45 mins after me (with no appointment) and were immediately helped and started their service. It was my first time trying this location & now my last. I can’t believe I was treated this way and I would hate to think it had anything to do with me being the only African American in the salon. However, I felt completely invisible and wasted almost 2 hours of my day! Never AGAIN!

I've been visiting this salon for manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing for years. Even when their prices got less and less competitive and had an incident over the phone with a rude staff, I kept visiting because I like the work of one particular stylist. However, today, I had an appointment, but when I got there, I was made to wait way past the time I found reasonable. After all, what's the use of an appointment if you're going to treat me no differently than a walk-in? I have young kids and my time, like a lot of people's, is significant. So i walked out since they have no consideration for their customers, especially repeats, and I'm not going to put up with them wasting my time and charging me more than most nail salons do in the area. If you have higher prices, you need to live up to do that with your quality of work and customer service. And this place significantly lacked on half their whole.Services: Manicure

Andrew was awesome. I needed my nails to match a dress for a wedding and he helped me pick the perfect color, even put one or two on one nail to see if I liked it and took them off to find a different one. He cared about how I wanted them and went above and beyond to really get me what I wanted. I appreciate his time, effort, and patience. I recommend him for sure!Services: Acrylic nails

I just walked in promptly at 9 AM to be told to sit down for a pedicure I waited around for 15 minutes then to be told to go back and sit down in the waiting area for another half hour to 45 minutes this place is a complete joke

Went to this nail place by mistake. I was actually looking for the nail salon behind the liquor store. I got my nails done and they looked horrible. They looked like I did them with my eyes closed. I didn’t want to be rude and I left. I finally called to complain and after a long time they said they would not give me my money back, instead they gave me a gift card. They said it was their policy not to return cash. So now I have a useless gift card, because I will not be returning. I do not recommend this nail salon. The nail staff are very rude and nasty. They thought this was okay !!!!! I went back in for a refund and they refuse to! they said that’s what I asked for when it’s not. He messes up the first time and had to fix it and it still came out like this.
