I have finally found an honest, friendly, and professional mechanic. I wish I would have found them years ago. I will only bring my cars to Lake County Auto Service from now on. Daniel was very friendly from the first interaction on the phone. I was able to get a convenient appointment for service. It was my sons car that was having problems and I was worried about a mechanic taking advantage of him. However, Daniel kept us informed and did not try to charge us for unnecessary repairs.

did their absolute best to satisfy the issues with my automobile and even when the error could not be replicated (and thus fixed) did not charge me anything. would absolutely recommend and would continue going here for all of my automobile troubles.

I needed to have an electrical checked in my car. They did a wonderful job checking and analyzing my vehicle. I would bring my car back here if I had any other problems. They are one of the best places I've gone to. Would recommend to anyone.

Hands down the BEST auto mechanic shop in town!!! Great customer service, friendly, great communication and helpful. The #1 thing I look for is honesty. This place is 100% honest in the work they do and problems they find with your car. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. I will definitely be coming back any time I need service. No one else compares to the awesome service you get!!

Lake Co Auto is a top tier shop. I went on recommendation of a friend since I am new to the area. As expected from my friends words, this shop is professional, and honest as the day is long. They have fixed issues for me twice now, and the issues have not arisen again. Andrew is a man you can trust your car with, and a man you can expect to tell the truth. I hope I don’t need a shop anytime soon, but if I do I have no worries anymore. - Jackson

At one point, I recommended and vouched for this shop. Unfortunately, they lost a customer due to them failing to do a quote not once, but twice. Really unfortunate.
Update: guy has no recollection of this happening, except he called me this morning. Google didn't post my last name. How funny. He (andrew) was the one who said he would the first time and one of his mechanics on Friday. Definitely won't be back.

This is a great place! The people who work here are very friendly, genuine, and accommodating. I don’t know much about cars, but they explained everything to me really well, so I could make an informed decision. Highly recommend.

Brought my 4Runner in for an oil change. I was even expecting to change my break pads too, since that’s what a different mechanic shop had recommended not long ago. Come to find out from Lake County Auto Service my brakes (which are actually fairly new) looked good after all, so they were not changed, thus saving me some money. I really appreciated this honesty from the mechanic. This shop seems committed to not performing unnecessary work just to make more money. I would recommend.

Andy and his staff are amazing and very accomadating. We have know Andy for many years and he worked on one of our older vehicles when he was a mobile mechanic. He is a very kind and compationate. His prices are very reasonable and compatible. We will be loyal customers for as long as we have automobiles! Thank you Andy and Lake County Automotive! Go in and meet their new office guy Daniel! Highly recommend to anyone in the area, they have great customer service! Tiffany kept me up to date on my vehicle, and made sure I approved any work being done on my vehicle. I was always satisfied with the work and appreciated the parts needed were under warranty.
