WOW! We had a doggie emergency and the told me to come right in! It was an odd situation however they were wonderful and took excellent care of us and our pet!! Never going back to our vet, coming here from now on! They’re truly the best and the price is right too!! Highly recommend

Wait times can be a little ling but it's a walk in clinic, first come first serve, and the staff was very efficient at helping my sick dog. The Doctor, nor staff, rushed me out or cut me off to hurry the visit, explained everything needed and confirmed I understood what I needed to do regarding the take home meds and follow up.

Great staff but waited 5 hours for a walk in urgent care. Unacceptable for a sick animal to be put thru such stress of waiting in a carrier for so long!

They have no respect for one's time. 8 people waiting in the waiting room, and what's happening? NOTHING. One lady said she's been waiting for 2 and a half hours for a booked appointment!!! It's only been 45 minutes for me even though I phoned 3 times and told them I need to come and pick up my dog and don't have time to wait....

I have used this vet since Dr. Hartsfeld, well over 25 years now. I am now taking my pets to Palmetto. Today was the last straw.
I was told this past Friday at 8:30 that they were seeing emergency cases only, because of a lack of staffing. The receptionist took my papers, asked the veterinarian if he could see me for the last set of boosters for my 11 week old puppy and told me to return on Tuesday morning at 7:30 to get in line, since they open at 8. I was there Tuesday morning, with a couple, a gentleman, and one lady before me. I waited until 8:02 for the same receptionist from my prior visit to open the door and let everybody know, which had grown to a group of 15 people or so, that in the last five minutes their vet had called out, and none of us that were there for any vaccinations or services outside of “ears and nails” would be seen today. I live two cities away and drive a half hour to use this vet. I have rearranged two days of work at this point. Over the course of decades, I have referred dozens of people to this doctor. I will absolutely never waste my time for this business again.
We’ve always loved the staff and the cleanliness of the building, but have noticed serious problems since 2020. This past year it seems like they can’t keep positions filled, from clerical to veterinarians. This is a walk in clinic, they do not do appointments, so there will be an anticipated long wait, this is common knowledge. The problem arises when you specifically request a patient arrive on a different day at a certain time frame and then refuse service after having them wait yet again.
I can see why whomever is the actual owner of this clinic has such a problem keeping employees, when it’s appallingly obvious they do not know how to run a business.

This place has the most caring staff. I have been coming to them for over 30 years for all kinds of problems with my dogs or cats! They always give it their all. I know they are short on doctors and poor Dr Weber was supposed to retire probably 8 years ago and yet he is still there as an employee working some days by himself. Yes there’s a long wait especially on those days so try to be kind and grateful we still have a vet like him
