I had to drop Allstate home and auto insurance for overcharging on their policies for the last few years. This agency did minimal to keep me as a customer. In my experience, I would not recommend this agency.

Very bad experience ! Came to them just wanting a homeowners quote , and they talked me into also a auto quote as well
They then quoted a homeowner policy with Tower Hill , and an auto with Allstate to entirely different companies
The auto quote was way high , but liked the homeowner quote . Called to ask them just to write the homeowner quote , and they explained they wouldn’t do it . That it must be bundled together. Makes no sense since to different companies
Called Tower Hill who explained that it shouldn’t of happened, and sent me
To another agency
Wouldn’t waste my time with this agency this is what is wrong with the insurance markets
By the way I gave them one star as you have to if you are reviewing

When we decided to search for different homeowners and auto coverage, I contacted numerous agencies. By far, Lynette and her associates were the most responsive, thorough, and informative of all the agents with whom I spoke. They patiently and professionally listened to our concerns, found policies that appropriately addressed our needs, and demonstrated exemplary understanding. We are very appreciative.

Lynette Barba is the BEST! She has always helped me with all my needs concerning the insurance policy's I have with her. Recently my wife passed away and Lynette personally filed all the needed forms for me so I could close out my wife's life insurance policy and she could not have been any kinder doing so. She needs to be commended for her hard work and concern for me and my families well being.
