The store manager Joanna is an Angel! She literally spent over 15 minutes calling numbers to help me figure out my gift cards. She discovered one had over $30. Then we had to wait for a machine to reboot. I really appreciate her tenacity and her outstanding customer service! She deserves 10 gold stars ⭐️

It’s one thing to be chatting with the customers. It’s a whole other thing to talk to the customers while the line is building up waiting to give the person change just To be able to finish your conversation.

Let me explain to you how you loose customers.
You hit the regular gas for $3.05, for A reason the station read it as prime for $3.75.
You are confused, you go to the cashier. She (blond young lady) cant care less and all she says is”i dont know…i don’t know. There is nothing I can fo about it”.
Great customer service guys.
I am in customer service myself.
What you do in this situation “oh no im so sorry that happened we value your business here is the difference back/would you like to file a complaint?”
And i would go back here.
Im just valuing my money and time, plus a liiiittle bit of care.
And no i did not hit this button accidentally. They are not even close. You can hit the extra button but not the one on the opposite side.

Stay away from this gas station!!! Skimmers on pumps and in store. Was charged yesterday for 4 charges coming from Barcelona!! Both my bank accounts compromised and I have a feeling they know this is happening. Has happened to two of my coworkers pumping gas at this station
Shame that people can be so evil
No access to neither one of my accounts til next week. Thank you for ruining my weekend hope yall get caught
