Here's a commentary that needs to be heard but won't make a difference. My most recent visit to WalMart should have qualified me for employee status. I parked far enough away to be in the employee zone, I brought a shopping cart off the lot back inside the store, the product I wanted wasn't on the shelf so I restocked it from a nearby abandoned stock cart, I checked myself out as a cashier, bagged my own groceries, and escorted myself out of the store having used the app that emails me my receipt, and I thanked myself for shopping noting that the line moved faster and it was actually easier to do it all myself. Honestly I could be employee of the month with that level of service and dedication. I was polite even acknowledged other shoppers, got out of their way, and did recovery facing the labels on the products I shopped. Convenience, price, and selection allows this chain to continue to exist but if I'm going to do all the work I deserve the employee discount.

If I could give no stars I would. By far the WORST Walmart I have ever had the misfortune of shopping at. Rude employees, nasty, empty shelves, curbside pickup always telling me they don't have things when they actually do, and curbside taking over an hour every time I try to pick up after they send me the email saying my stuff is ready. Absolutely ridiculous and I'm so glad I'm moving so I won't have to deal with this Walmart ever again! Can't say it enough- Absolutely and incredibly ridiculous!

Horrible place to shop, stockers act like you are in their way instead of moving aside to let you see what your looking for they blocking you, never again will I shop at this store for food, everything looks rotten in meat department too, Freezers down makes you wonder if everything is as bad as the Service Thank goodness for my PUBIX where shopping is a pleasure

The customer service associates working on May 5, 2022, as well as the cashier working the self check out lanes were some of the rudest people I have ever met. When asking about the price of an item not scanning the same as it does on the app on my phone, I barely got the words out before they said they do not and will not price match or price adjust. I was also told that price is online purchase only when you have it delivered. I questioned that and she repeated it. She scanned the items and told me the total and I said I was not paying that because they are less than that and scanned the items and showed her on my phone. She looked at the phone and I told her where it said what aisle to locate it and it could be picked up in store OR delivered. Since I was already there I asked if I could just get them and she again said yes, at the higher price. I told her I was not doing that. She shoved the items to the other associate and says "here, you take care of them. I am going on break, I need a mental break!" The other girl looks at us and says she isn't doing any price adjustment either! Without going very far the first girl just stands there and I again wanted to clarify about ordering online. She said I had to order online then if I came to the store pay for it when I picked it up and it would be the higher price or order online and have it delivered and it would be the lower price.....I told her I had already ordered it and paid for it at the lower price and would come back and pick it up. And to save them a trip from having to go to the shelf to get it they could just put it in a bag and it would be ready to go! They are idiots! Maybe not only do they need classes in customer relations, people skills, and common sense. They, along with management (since that is who they like to keep blaming) should look up their corporate policy and the multiple websites stating what the price match guarantee is specifically between Walmart stores and Walmart.com. This is why I try to shop anywhere other than Walmart as much as I can! Mount Dora Walmart must run an ad stating they are looking for the rudest people possible to work for them!

This is the worst Walmart in America! The cashier Rhonda seems to be racist or just ignorant!!! Last week I as I rang up 7 bowls which .50 cents each. She yells across the self check "ma'a you didn't ring up all of your bowls" everyone turns to look at me(how embarrassing" I showed her how many bowls I had then she walks over and apologizes quiet. Today I purchased four sweaters from the clearance rack. One didn't have a tag so I reach into the cart to get the same exact sweater so guess what Rhonda does!!!! Ma'am you didn't pay for that! I had to show her that I did and I had to use the tag from the other sweater. Why does Rhonda do this the black customers only! I explained to her she's embarrassed me times in the past month. Please do not excuse me of stealing unless she's sure that I'm stealing( I wouldn't dare steal anything). Next time she does it I'm going to record her! She makes my shopping experience feel degrading.

Worst Walmart around. Scheduled an order to be delivered. Delivery doesn't come after two days then they tell me they never had the delivery in the store system but it shows on the Walmart app. Re-order the items to pick up in store and again delivery is delayed and never ready for pick up

Went to Walmart 06/10/21 with two manufacturer coupons for two cases of 32 bottles of Nestle Pure Life water. Was told by the first cashier upon merely seeing the coupons that her manager had told her that people were not suppose to be able to use manufacturer coupons without purchasing something else. She did pretend to try to ring up the purchase after I informed her that was the case. Her terminal wasn't working, she could as she pretended get the transaction to complete. I told her to call a manager. She called a manager and they had an elongated discussion that I could see. The alleged manager came over to the check out and she too pretended the transaction would not go thru. The alleged manager then moved the transaction to another register and now she alleged the coupon was not for the 32 bottles. Once I pointed out to her the 32 bottles on the coupon MAGIC occurred. As she was out of excuses she swiped the barcode on the back of each of the manufacturer coupons and gave me my receipt. INADEUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE: Contacted their customer service because they were in my opinion trying to keep me from using manufacturer coupons based on their belief they had the right to set an internal policy over and against Walmart practices. CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE IS NOTHING..

Not a (food) safe place to buy fresh or frozen groceries. Just spent 28min in line to check out. By the time I get home my frozen are not frozen and my colds are room temp. The manager was walking through the crowds of people waiting in line to check out saying "there's nothing more I can do". I'll be grocery shopping elsewhere from now on.

This Walmart is exceptionally trashy. Of all the Walmart's in the world this has got to be one of the worst and the patrons reflect it. Less masks here than the gas station.

I worked here for a year and a half WHILE HOMELESS THE ENTIRE TIME and they made it hell for me from day one. First they kicking my fiancé out of the store multiple times just for sitting on the benches and walking around the store like any other customer. "He dressed inappropriately, he's in the store too long, he makes employees uncomfortable." AKA how to kick out a homeless person without saying we hate homeless people. I put my food in the break room fridge with my name on it and had my food stolen multiple times. What's more it was left half eaten just so I would know I'm being spited. Despite me being promoted to AP and us being regular shoppers who never stole a thing, we were stalked by APA every single time we went shopping. And that includes whenever APA was off duty. They will lie to each other about you just to spread rumors and get you in trouble. I had multiple CSMs lie about my fiancé hanging around me while I was working on multiple occasions. It went on for the entire year and a half and every single time, I had to confront the higher bosses about it and they said it was a non-issue. How petty and jealous do you have to be of two homeless people's relationship that you're willing to cause petty problems for almost 2 years? You'd have to be Mount Dora Walmart! If you ever find yourself working here, record them. Record them with your phones. Take pictures of them. Report them to Market Human Resources. Report them to Walmart Ethics. Report them to your local news outlets. Report them to sleazy media outlets. Blast them on social media. Report them to everyone and anyone. Never ever let yourself be in a room with only one of them. They're scum who will say anything to abuse you.

I always have a good experience at Walmart I love their glasses department it's very clean and they are following protocol of the COVID-19 pandemic all the workers are very kind and patient
