Eric was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My PC gets heavy usage for work and gaming and I desperately needed a repair in lieu of a costly replacement. He offered a next day appointment, recommended an affordable hardware upgrade, and was meticulous in his installation and repair. Before he left, he made sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend his work!
