We bought some nice soaps and shower bombs there. We were limited on time, so we were not able to spend a lot of time there.We were not thrilled with the first shower bomb we tried. It didn't seem to have a lot of aroma to it, but maybe the next one will.

Naples Soap Company makes some fantastic product if you have sensitive skin or are looking for natural products. The shower bombs are fantastic and I cannot say better things about the sea salt scrub in Coconut Water. It keeps my skin soft and hydrated. The Mount Dora location is spacious and the associates who work there are knowledgeable and friendly. It's a bonus that this is a women-owned business! I will definitely be ordering more!

I love cute little shops like this, I’m a paying customer and would have loved to buy from this store. One woman employee asked the two males I was with “who is stronger”(to hold a shopping basket for me) I can hold my own basket it, it was just a weird question to start off with. She proceeded to follow us to the back of the store asking what smells I liked and to come try samples to remove my dead skin. After saying “no thank you” she legit said to me “okay that’s fine keep your dead skin” with a smile. It’s like she didn’t know how to approach it and was rude and aggressive instead. My husband (one of the males with me) said let’s leave the store because of how uncomfortable we all felt.

It looks pretty, but didn’t really get to experience it fully. Had someone following me the entire experience from the door and even all the way to the back when I just wanted to browse around. Not a pleasant first time experience

I am really surprised to read some of these reviews. I had an excellent experience visiting Naples Soap Company at Mount Dora. The employees were helpful, explained their products. They also gave recommendations and answered my questions, encouraged us to try their testers. There was a sale, which we took full advantage of. We actually ended up returning 30 minutes later to buy a birthday present. I will definitely be returning once it's time reload on products.

First time buying in these company trying to help small businesses but the customer services is so bad?one the lady’s that work there order for me a sugar scrub when the package arrived almost ten days later after she said takes only two days the product was damages the scrub was completely dry the oil was all over the box I call the store send a email nothing! I lost 48 value of the product but they loose a customer.

I went into this store because I love soaps and scrubs, etc. But from the moment I walked in, the employees made me feel uncomfortable. It was like they had never seen a woman of hispanic background. I looked up the company and was interested in the results of their products since I've had eczema all my life and they claim to be good for it. I then proceeded to purchase the soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and creams that I had chosen. It turns out they were average quality and did not help with my eczema. What upset me the most was that you can see the difference in how they welcome and treat others, and it is not fair. I was recently walking in the area and thought about giving it another chance since my original visit was about two years ago when I had just moved to Mount Dora, but I work very hard as a mortgage broker and a single mother of 2 to just waste my money at a store that does not value my business.

So who knew that you can wash your hair with something that looks like a round piece of soap! Place was amazing, the sales gal knew exactly what she was talking about she was so friendly and I will go back. I don't have any pictures

Cute store! Purchased a few goodies I'm exited to try. A young lady (the assistant manager I believe) was very friendly and welcoming, she gave me lots of good information on the products that helped me make my purchases :) Prices are a bit high but I don't usually buy specialty soaps so maybe it's normal. The only uncomfortable thing was other employees (although also friendly) standing around closely staring at you while you shop smelling all the different soaps. Seems like a pressuring sales tactic-- that's a big no-no for me. I'd give them a 2nd chance though. Maybe next time would be different.

I visit Mt. Dora often and this is always one of my favorite stores to visit. They have the best smells and the workers are pleasant to talk to. Definitely visit!
