“Quickly in and out for an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades on a company vehicle. Confirmed my air filter was fine as well. Heather was professional and super welcoming at 7 am on the dot. Will be coming back based on today’s experience.”

“Great friendly service. My daughters will go here and be comfortable with the service. They won’t go to the other two quick change shops because the guys there make them uncomfortable. Strickland Brothers is more professional.”
“They did good. The only problem I had was when I was leaving, I noticed my back window wasn't clean. So I turned around and told one of the people who helped clean it. He finished it. It wasn't great, but it was better.”
“I had a wonderful experience Jennifer was so helpful and so professional and a huge blessing the mechanic were so careful with our car thanks for the great service”
“I have been getting my oil changes here since 2018. They are very honest, professional and very reasonably priced. I always feel like I have done my car a good service by taking it there. And any upcoming issue I might have to deal with are always pointing out and explained. I appreciate this buisness and they make Umatilla proud.”
“My first time using Valvoline Drive Thru Service. I went to the one on 328 W Main St, Apopka. ALL of the srevice workers were phenomenal, patient and professional. The customer service is top notch. My daughter recommended Valvoline to me and I highly recommend Valvoline on 328 W Main St. An added plus, I did not have to wait. I drove right up for service on a Sunday.
My schedule did not allow me to get service during the week and on a Saturday. I am grateful they have hours that work for me and professionals that make you feel like you are working with people that care. Thank you Valvoline.”
“Service was awesome, from start to finish, Tony was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He let me know what my vehicle needed and prices were reasonable. Overall great experience, will definitely visit the shop again.”
“Good Svc, Oil change and Air Filter, Topped off fluids and aired tires. Staff very nice and respectful = I will recommend to others.
But the price for Windshield Wiper replacements prices 🤔 Totally Greedy 🤔”

“Excellent experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Mount Dora, thanks to Ryan. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Most importantly, he was honest and focused on helping me, not simply making a sale. He clearly explained my options, answered my questions, and even reminded me to use a coupon. His transparency and customer first service made a routine oil change feel easy and trustworthy. Valvoline should recognize employees like Ryan, who represent the company so well. 💯”
