“I personally don't go to this store regularly for I'm not local.
With that said, Every time I'm there, the customer service is awesome! Very kind and considerate to it's customers!

“He’s hardware view. Matilda is nicely laid out very clean and easy to shop. I was in and out very quick. The associates were exceptionally nice. The cashier delivered. Excellent customer service.”

“I’ve lived in Sorrento now for six years. This is my go to store. The employees are very helpful and caring.if you need help this is your store. Unfortunately I have Brain cancer so I’m a little slow with things if I ever have a question on what would work on my projects. They have Always been a great help. Even the girls up front will help you and they are very knowledgeable about the products. Doug thanks for the help Always. Remember team work makes your dreams work. “Dariion gave exceptional service today. He put much effort and thoughtfulness into adjusting the color of the paint to the gallon I brought in. The color originally used was modeled after a different paint supplier. After I tried it on my wall at home, I realized it needed to be slightly darker shade. He understood what I was trying to achieve, explained his thought process as he went about various adjustments. He didnt give up, being very customer- service oriented. He put a bit on a card & dried it so that I could see the dried final product- as it would look on my wall. He fixed it just right! Great job! He even carefully wiped clean the can exterior as he went so that paint wouldnt come off onto me when I took it home. I will be back buying more paint from Sherwin Williams”
