Excellent location to be for a while and enjoy using a good time in clothing cleaning
The lady who attended this location is actually very friendly and helpful to others

The washers and dryers work great which is why attributes to the two stars because the day time attendant is rude. Asked to use the restroom for my daughter only to receive attitude and her muttering under her breath about having to unlock the door. If it’s such a hassle to unlock the door for employees why are we locking them in the first place?

My first time visiting this laundry mat was a very bad experience. I ask to please used the restroom due to needing to wash my hands and the attendant was very rude and said no I am off the clock. This will be the last time I will come to this Landry and will tell everyone I know that it's the worst Landry mat I have ever came to. A recommendation for you guys is should have a sink that's is available for customers to use when workers aren't on the clock
I hope this place finds a nice lady who is happy to help their customers.

Very clean, but the mount dora location is very hot. Today hotter than usual to where u can't even sit in the establishment without sweating. I think ill continue to just drive to the eustis location. Never have issues there.

Clean spacious environment to get all your dirty laundry clean has multiple dryers so you really don't have no weight even if it's full people do love to come to this location but it's always space for you to get the job done when you're washing your clothes or linen

Horrible experience here, This place is disgusting and Machines are very dirty !! The staff here is very rude the black lady in the front will just yell at you and mumble stuff about you under her breath. if you want a cleaner safer environment I recommend RJ Dirty laundry, right next to it, everyone there is always nice and the area is always clean. The machines are a better price there too!

This laundromat is always kept up, and the attendant is helpful. I use the large washers for comforters and washable rugs

I'm not usually one to complain, especially about the place that does the one chore I hate the most, so I will start out with a compliment...
To whom the owner is of the spin City Laundromat in Mount Dora, thank you for hiring some of the kindest, respectful, and helpful, ladies I've ever met. If it wasn't for them, and they're bubbly personalities, I had a stopped coming here like I did Walmart. Like I get it, cost of everything is rising, except wages, but really you're open 24/7, and you lock the bathroom doors? It's bad enough you put all the carts away, and there's no attendant here overnight, but seriously, I spent thousands of dollars here doing my laundry over the last year, and I can't even use the bathroom after 6:00 p.m.? This is absurd! How rude can you get? The least you could do is put a combo lock on it or something. Doing laundry at the laundromat is already a chore, and most days of struggle, and now I have to pack everything up just to go up the street to the store to use the restroom. There's got to be a compromise we can work out somewhere. Let me know. My information is on my profile.

Customer service is way below par. Employee was rude and somewhat aggressive.Employee was more concerned that she “ Forgot my phone so I can’t keep an eye on the time” I won’t come here again, the employee made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
