One of the worst experiences ever.!!! These guys lied to me with the old "Bait and Switch". Promised one price but monthly bill was actually $30 bucks per month higher than what was promised. Had to call T-Mobile toll free number to try to get the promised price but to no avail. I am a disabled Vet so every dollar helps and I will drop these Turkeys the first chance I get. Unlike them, I keep my promises.

MUST READ.We went in and Dylan was the sales person that helped us.We wanted to change our provider on the phones and get a tablet.He was very helpful got everything changed over,on the phones as well as got the tablet set up..He was very professional and courteous, I would highly recommend.So unfortunately I have to change my reviewI went into the store and said I was looking for 2 phone lines and a tablet.the salesmen came back with a quote of $120.00. mth.A s long as I kept the account for 2 yrs.perfect.or so I thought4 days later I get a bill for $153.00.I went back to the store and explained the problem and they could not find the plan I had signed up for!!!!!. So the salesman tried to put me on another cheaper.plan By the time I got home I got a text saying that I was ineligible.!!!!!.I call the 800# . And spoke with a agent they explained that $120.00. was no longer available.....they had added on the account insurance $9.50.....$7.50. per mth. for a 2 g. Sim card for the tablet ( which they said it was Free.) And I would save $15.00. mth. If I signed up for auto pay.Why would I sign up for auto pay when they already screwed me over on the account already.!!!!...Just giving you the heads up.Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

Awful experience with an employee, Dillon. I expressed concerns with the way things were being handled and he sarcastically told me to email the CEO with my complaints. I felt compelled to talk to the manager Pedro who didn't apologize. He just told me he'd have a conversation with Dillon. It was a disappointing day at t-mobile today. Otherwise the customer service is usually good and their price for service is good to great.
