If I could I would rate this store 0 stars even negative I would because absolutely terrible. Honestly all targets especially when it comes to customer service. Was of no help when my target card would not work only for it to turn out that they had cancelled it and were sending a new one only for it to get lost in the mail and yet they felt they had no need to let me know about this and that they were going to send a new one. I was literally trying to buy almost 500 dollars In groceries for them to tell me it wasn't being accepted like you've got to be kidding me. They couldn't even issue me a temp number to use like absolutely ridiculous. TARGET COUNT YOUR DAYS!!!!!

We honestly only come to this Target after visiting Lake Apopka, but it is centrally located in a nice area with a variety of shops and restaurants. I've only ever shopped Bullseye Playground from this Target, and I have to say they are always fully stocked on whatever is in season. It's a bit of a smaller area compared to other stores, but don't let that deter you away. It's clean, full stocked, Starbucks is nearby, bathrooms and customer service all within the same vicinity of dollar spot. I especially like how they have similar items grouped together, wether it be back to school, clearance, summer, outdoors and seasonal. Seriously can't go wrong with this Bullseye Playground at this location. It was a goldmine compared to other Targets I've been to in 24 hours.

Cheryl is outstanding! While in line to check out, I was getting a few dirty looks from other customers because my toddler son was crying over not getting a toy he wanted. Cheryl greeted me with a warm smile and by the time we left, she had my son laughing. Thank you for your kindness, Cheryl!!

ZERO STARS!!!!! Drive hour to my Appointment with consumer cellular which is out of this target.. the guy with red dirty hair and glass was extremely rude to my elderly mom.. and then he said I am the manager!! She told him she had an appointment and he stated well I help other people. Then why have an appointment!! Rude and ridiculous!! Beware!! This was the worst service I've ever experienced! He needs to be fired ASAP!

It had been a while since I had been to Target -- at least well before the pandemic, but I have come to like the chain. It took a while. When I first got married 100 years ago, I liked long since defunct stores like Zayres, Mammoth Mart, Grants, and on and on. After they disappeared, I had to find replacements. Eventually, Target became one of them. I went recently as we needed shower curtains, of all things. They seem to be taking the pandemic seriously, requiring masks, which a lot of future spreaders of Covid 19 ignored, wiping down shopping carts and encouraging six feet distancing. I believe they also had hand sanitizer near the exit, but we have some in the car so I don't really remember. We found what we were looking for, despite an old couple who planted roots in the bath aisle trying to find the perfect soap dispenser, and head3d for the longish line at the front. Four registers plus self service lanes were open, so it wasn't a bad wait. Since we hadn't been there in many months and won't again for many more, I was rather shocked how busy it was. I hope the local economy appreciates it, even if the ICUs won't.

Gosh, older skinny bald white security dude, be a little more kind in your insistence to demand I get a mask on mili-seconds after I cross the threshold. What a negative reception to the store.

This place is unorganized! Cashiers/Employees here are incompetent, by far the worse location I have been to. I will never shop here again! Inefficient checkout and empty shelves.

Checkout clerk did not have mask or gloves and i was at self service checkout. He was touching everything and a foot away from me. He said they are not required to be safe and wear mask and gloves. I had over $250 of goods. I walked out and told him I will never shop at a target again.

I'm definitely a Target fan - have been for years. I love their selections of geek items, graphic tshirts, movies, and books especially. But today is the first day I reviewed a store that I can recall. I've been staying in as much as possible with the current situation going on. But I needed a grocery run for essentials after work today. Gotta say - this Target location was wonderful. They were out of most paper products (see photo) but that's understandable. Certainly not a complaint. I was able to get most everything else I needed. Sure, people had shopped earlier today so a lot of things were out. But I know they'll be replenished. Here are the awesome things I saw today: There were clean carts ready for use when I came in. The bins of cart wipes were fully stocked. A team member was sanitizing carts coming in from the parking lot. There were staff standing by to disinfect the self-checkout stations after each use. There were clearly marked boundaries and signage about item limits. There were respectful shoppers who gave each other space. After hearing some crazy stories about shortages of items and rude customers at other chains, this was a refreshing experience. Thank you, Target. I'm (still) a fan.

Target is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and they have higher quality items than other department stores. This one serves Starbucks. The restroom were clean and there is plenty of parking.

My fiancé just left that store with my child to get a few things and I get a phone call as she is leaving that she was searched because a woman assumed she put something in her baby bag to steal. They did not know what she put in the bag just assumed she was stealing something right away instead of assuming she was putting a bottle or toy up. There should be some validation of the accusation to her stealing instead of assuming the worst when her hand is in a damn baby's bag. You cannot just assume she is stealing. You should all be ashamed for embarrassing my fiancé for an assumption that there was no validation in. We will not be shopping at that target again Walmart will have our business.

This Target was great! Clearly newly done with great customer service! For example, we bought a roomba while we were there (thinking it was on sale) but when we went to check out it wasn't. The manager herself spent about 15 minutes finding the cheapest one online to price match with us. Nothing beats great customer service!

This place needs better customer service. I ordered an item on line. I got a notice today saying that I have to pick it up today, or it will be returned. I called customer service and told them that I can NOT pick it up today, because I have the flu. So they said that they had to cancel my order. I only asked to hold the item for 3 to4 days. No way, store policies, I was told. B******** thanks, David Merrill
