The receptionist at the pickup location, Halley, was very kind, courteous, and professional in her duties. Pickup was a breeze, as was my after-hours return experience. I would definitely recommend anyone choosing this location to handle their truck rental needs in the Mt. Dora/Ocala area. 5 stars!
