I went there to ship a money order … Total rip off and horrible customer service . One white envelope was a 1.99 and then charged 2.68 to 1-15 min use . It didn’t even take 30 sec . The suppose owner was very dry NO PEOPLE SKILLS . Would never come back to this location .

This store is an absolute rip off with shipping. They charged me over $90 to ship a 4lb box regular ground to Nevada. I will never go here again.

I use this location to return Amazon items when necessary and have never had a bad experience. If there is a wait, it's usually less than 5 minutes, otherwise I'm in and out in seconds.No experience with their other services or products, just Amazon return shipping.

I come here all the time to ship shoes. They always go to the same location and I put 2-3 shoe boxes into one bigger box. Today all of a sudden it was a problem and they needed to individually box each shoe box since there were multiple shipping labels. Instead of scanning all the labels and putting them into one box. Sad to lose a customer that comes here at least once a week to make an extra $15 once for paying for unnecessary boxes. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This store charges a $2.25 +25cents computer use fee for printing a SINGLE PAGE. Absolutely absurd and unacceptable. Will be avoiding this store at all costs. Not even stores in the tourist areas of Orlando do something like this and ones located in business hotels. I am the last one to say Greed and Im ain't rich. However this is pure Greed by the owner. Will be making negative comments to corporate.

This UPS store is very good. Come here for a lot, even outside of normal shipping. Only con I have had is that I was getting a paper card laminated, but they didn't wait long enough for the machine to heat up. It ruined the card but I was able to print another one at home they laminated that one free. All in all, I would recommend!

Beware: They’ve started charging $2.25 for “computer usage” when you send them something to copy via email, not including the $.25 for a copy.Otherwise, very professional but I’ll go to a cheaper one.

This store will charge a $2.25 "computer use 1-15min fee" AND a $0.25 "8.5x11 copies" fee JUST TO PRINT YOUR SHIP LABEL AT THE COUNTER!No joke. I even confirmed it with the clerk in front of me that this was normal. I had already paid for the UPS ship label, just asked them to print it.Go to any print shop and print your label for a quarter or less, if you need to. Don't give these clowns your money.

I am not sure what happens behind the walls at this UPS store but I have finally had enough. I am going through my 3rd mishap with Amazon saying that a package wasn't even sent out from this store. The 3rd time this has happened!! I have always mailed back my Amazon returns through this store but these past few months for it to happen 3 times is absolutely ridiculous. I have allowed it to happen this many times because of the convenient location but if you want your returns to get back to where they need to go do not drop off at this store!!

This store usually has fast and pleasant customer service. The notary is a bit expensive, (but free at both local banks). I had one bad experience that ruined UPS customer service at this store for me. I went to this store to show them a destroyed delivery, (an important document for my late mom), and the person at the counter was defensive and gestured at a sign above stating the location is privately owned and has nothing to do with UPS deliveries. That statement couldn't be more irresponsible since they are a UPS branded and authorized franchise that accept and transact for UPS. I asked her for a way to make UPS aware of my problem and she stated everyone says the 800 number is pointless so I don't bother. She gestured to the sign again with no apology. She could have at minimum directed me to the best place. But she was cavalier. If this is a private location, you should value your customers even more!

It was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had before in a UPS store. I went in to return an item I ordered which was supposed to be sent to USPS (I didn’t know that before entering) and instead of calmly explaining it to me, the woman who works at the front began yelling at me how I “wasn’t supposed to leave something without a receipt because then it wouldn’t be returned”. I had the receipt in digital form and only needed to print it, which I asked to first, and I would’ve paid for packaging and everything else. She then brushed over me to turn to the customer, a white male, behind me and greeting him with a smile and kind voice.As a Latina I felt racially discriminated because of how she treated me. And all I did was ask them, to the best of my anxiety, if I could return my Amazon order that didn’t have a box. Gonna stick to the one in Apopka, their customer service is a lot kinder and patient. May be far but it’s worth the gas.UPDATE: Apparently the man behind me was ALSO pulling up a digital receipt…care to explain the horrible attitude towards me now ma’am?
