I love coming to this bank as my go to or second bank they are always patient with me as well as being so sweet thank you so much Courtney for the many positive experiences! I’ll continue to bank with VyStar as I notice all locations are so helpful!

The bank staff at Vystar Mount Dora are incredible! ,Courtney, Bree, and Kayla are paitient and kind to all customers. They will answer any question with a friendly smile!! Much better experiance in lake county than Vystar branches in Jacksonville Florida- the headquaters!

This is a terrible bank, I do not recommend it at all. First they kept denying us to open a business account- for a established business. So we easily opened with a different bank, where all of our money started to going to. Then our paypal was connected to our savings account on this bank without us realizing it, everytime the paypal tried to pull a payment it charged us a fee of $32. So, I called on this and discovered the ACH charges total an amount of $256, not for transfering money from checking to savings-because they didn't even do that- but only for the denial. They offered to refund us $96, we went there and closed all of our accounts with VyStar. This bank is a joke, stealing money from people, and I love that instead of saying stealing they cover it up with "it is our policy". How about saying: "It is our policy to steal money from our clients ". That would be more truthful.
The customer service representatives were despicable, and did zero to nothing to repairing the situation. In case they decide to reply to this review with the whole "contact us" or "email us". Just know their customer service isn't going to do anything for you.
Anyways, don't bank with vystar. They are a pain in the neck. Also, if you have a business I highly recommend for you to turn away from this shady place.
Vystar is NOT for you, it is AGAINST you.
