Goodness, the pharmacy staff, including the pharmacist must be overworked, sleep deprived, having the worst day of their lives… or something… Trying to give the benefit of the doubt and loads - heaping loads - of grace. If you have to work with this pharmacy and don’t have any alternative - call them daily to get status of your prescription and ensure progress is happening. Seriously, do not trust that a refill will be processed in any kind of timely manner - or at all. When you call, you’ll get a lot of impatience (I’m using a kind word there) from techs and the pharmacists alike in response to reasonable questions. You’ll get as many different answers as people you speak with. Be persistent nonetheless, and eventually, your script will get filled. It’s a lot of work and a lot to endure. It’s abusive really.

EVERY prescription placed at this store gets shipped off to Orlando for processing, which means a one day delivery - even if you need your medicines todayThe only good thing about Walgreens was immediacy, but now that’s gone. I’ll be having prescriptions sent to CVS (or mail order if I can take a 1 day delay)

This pharmacy has been the very best for me every time. Stands out in staff, cleanliness, order. It's very reassuring when it is visibly being professionally operated!

This is the worst and most unreliable pharmacy. They often fill the wrong or outdated prescription instead of current needs, will call you and say a pickup is ready and you get there and it is not ready, and in general the customer service is terrible. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

My normal pharmacy is the one on Ardice in Eustis. So, on Easter Sunday my pharmacy is open. Regular, full hours. It’s a no brainer that they’re open on July 4th. Right? Wrong. Thank god for this pharmacy and their pharmacy management for running hours that make sense. They took care of me.

Sold me Lantus which only way you can take is with a specific needle which by the way doesn’t fit anything else. One would think through common sense of I just picked up approved Lantus if I need the needle would be automatically approved. But of course no it’s not ! So it’s the holiday have no needles asked them to have the pharmacist call me so I can explain. Of course the pharmacist didn’t call which isn’t the first time. The pharmacist at this location must feel all this is just a commodity . good time to switch pharmacies you should as well. What I guess they don’t get is we can start ordering from online pharmacies then the local pharmacist is done !!!

I will rate your pharmacy actually one because no one smiles at you they attack you and make you feel less than human without explanation. I had a bad experience that should never happen to anyone as I am a good person who has suffered greatly and then suffered more walking into this store. I had to call and talk with the management and they were very kind and considerate to my emotions and had empathy but this pharmacist who is running this pharmacy has no empathy for you. I feel sad for her for she will one day possibly go through what I am and I hope not. I would like to think that no one has to go through pain suffering and then an attack at you because you are going through something that they do not know. Bad place to get your prescriptions you will be judged I promise!

The store is clean and well stocked inside. There are self checkouts available; however, they are often faulty. I prefer the regular checkout which is much easier and actually faster. Every employee inside the store has always been polite and helpful whenever I have had a question. The location offers a drive thru pharmacy window which is very helpful. It is normally the pharmacy techs running the window and they have been polite when I have been there. There used to never be a line or a very long line, but since they reduced the pharmacy hours, there is usually quite a long line for the drive thru. It moves at a decent pace though.I have several chronic conditions (1 of which is listed as a rare condition) and unless you know my diagnosis and are very familiar with them and the pharmaceutical treatments that are required and how the treatment effects can be reduced due to other conditions and medications, it would appear that I am taking an excessive amount of a particular form of medication. I believe that on a few occasions I have been treated disrespectfully due to this on the phone with the pharmacy; in person inside at the counter; and also at the drive thru. I wish the pharmacy kept records of why you are receiving each medication so some of the employees wouldn't make assumptions and treat people poorly or like some sort of addict due to their conditions and medications. The pharmacy has been out of 1 of my necessary medications since November 2022 and it is now close to the end of February 2023 - they refuse to tell me if they have ordered my medication or provide any updates. I have other family members that take different dosages of the same medication and they have not had any issues getting their meds. I feel at this point it may be a discrimination issue. If my insurance allowed it, I would go to another pharmacy (not CVS which is far worse!).So ...if you have basic healthcare medical needs... good pharmacy. If you have complicated medical needs...I'd think twice about using this pharmacy.

Update 9/27/22 [They are still the worst pharmacy ever! I thought after 4 years of my previous review they would of gotten better somehow. Didn't think it would be possible to get worse but now my baby doesn't have her meds after 2 weeks ONCE AGAIN. Have called and gone to the place twice. At this point just transfer my prescriptions to a better place but everything is too hard for them. Super lazy! As if meds aren't important to some folks!] I've never had so many problems with getting a prescription filled or refilled at a walgreens till I moved here and started going to this walgreens. They are lazy and never get anything right or done on time. I've even had prescriptions ignored for over a week. There is always a issue and lack of communication there. I'd say go elsewhere. Stay away.

Manager was a j**** Was basically yelling at anyone who came to the door and we were denied access because they "had the floors waxed" well maybe you could plan better and have that done at a different time. Will gladly drive to the other Walgreens off 19!

The pharmacy tech needs customer service training. My prescription was rejected. My insurance company called. Your tech said I called them. I was on the phone when they called. She insisted they didn't call . Then said aren't you glad we filled it. SARCASM!!!I can go to another pharmacy. Walgreens has been filling this for 3 years. Not happy

Rude girl wearing pajama pants, not scrubs, and slippers came into the Pharmacy, an employee, tonight, greasy multicolored hair, and piercings, and was rude to a customer who was upset that no one acknowledged him. Kept raising her voice at the customer, "She's by herself! She's by herself, ya, by herself!" The customer even told her that she didn't have to have that attitude, he's just been waiting a long time. Everyone waiting in line thought she was about to start a fight. I doubt that she was an employee was on duty, or at least hope so, dressed that way and being rude in a controlled drug area, that's not the way I hope Walgreens thinks they'll keep business or inspire confidence in their staff. Poor scheduling or employee call in that makes others work harder is not a justification for mistreatment of customers. If this were my place of business, or many other establishments, that employee would be looking for work tomorrow. Walgreen's seems to have more and more if this attitude, and that's a sign of poor management concern for their store's future with consumers.
