The experience I have had mostly eveytime I've phoned and picked up my prescription has been very good! What I see is smart hard working professional pharmacist working as a team to manage the multitude-population, prescription, and staff. Yes it is their professional training is what we the population should expect a service.....And yet anything -beyond meaning behavior of this populous-is mercy and belongs to a different type of service that medicine cannot sustain the endurance needed-. That being counseling. Think about the amount of energy that is put into lashing out on the staff and shift it to problem solving. Instead of looking around, yes you populous ,looking around for someone behind you to gripe to or justify your anger with -think of thinking better Instead of bitter. problem solvers shift -pivot-look, move, their focus in a different direction and try to see beyond or forward to the greater good. Look at the endurance it takes on a daily Walmart pharmacy shift. Keep going you are rock stars!!! I challenge You -population-society- to be problem Solvers!

Worst Pharmacy I've ever been to!!! Pharmacist was judgemental, discriminating, racist and openly rude! He should be fired! I will never step a foot back into that store!

The worst service ever one guy dome working Well Joanne pretended to look like she was working as soon as another person came up she decided to go ahead and help them it’s ridiculous you wait there for 25 minutes and nobody helps you

I've dealt with this pharmacy a few times this week. Each time the staff was more helpful than they needed to be. Researched stuff for me when it isn't their responsibility. Explained and helped guide me to find a solution. Great job by Christina and Jordan.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Expect a minimum of 2 hours for service here. They are totally disorganized and rude. Don't bother here, they're not that much cheaper.

Sincerely, the very tall woman with blond hear kind of young is so impolite. I went Monday Morning to pick up my prescription and with nasty attitude she asked me for my last name and date of birth and when I gave it to her she looked at me very mean and then went to get my prescription with an attitude. I will go somewhere else were curtusy is used

I have had them fix a lot of my things. They fixed 2 ipads and 2 lap tops. The one lap top was so bad that they had to but a new windows 10 on it ,but they did not activate windows 10, they told me it would cost $69 to activate all I had to do was get a activation code. from the back of the store. They did not have it and I had to call Microsoft and pay $139 for they program because the activation code and the program have to be the same. They have been very good with ever thing but this and I will still use them.

Went to this Walmart last night and by night I mean at 130 this morning. By surprise the I ran into the Store Manager!!! I was very surprised to see someone of his level working so late. I'm very impressed with all the changes I've watched this store go through and just meeting him at such an odd time was the most impressing. Alex you're awesome! And we are lucky to have you in Mount Dora! God Bless!

i called to ask if they engave jewlery, after 10 minutes od ringing, i was answered by mr tyler, he put me on hold for a very long time. a lady walking by saw the phone line blinking and answered it. i was put on hold for just a minute that was 23 minutes. mr jose answered who was the manager, i asked to speak to his supervisor. on hold for 30 or so minutes. an hour later, talking to mr who and miss what and waiting waiting waiting. noone is accountable at this store. who are you? im mr robert, what is your title, im the manager. do you engrave jewlery? hold ! mr alex is very mad because i told him about my post on yelp. he is cursing at me. have a good day mr alex.

After going to this walmart for many years, it finally seems they have got a manager that know what they are doing. The late couple years it seem like who ever did the ordering did not have a clue what people wanted. Lately since the renovations i have been seeing numerous new items on the shelves and more variety. The floors look great and more registers are open. Im glad to see the changes and i hope it continues. Great Job.

The staff was polite enough but the line was ridiculously long. I also had to wait nearly 40 minutes pass the pick up time that I was told because the prescription hadn't been filled.
