Went to Walmart 06/10/21 with two manufacturer coupons for two cases of 32 bottles of Nestle Pure Life water. Was told by the first cashier upon merely seeing the coupons that her manager had told her that people were not suppose to be able to use manufacturer coupons without purchasing something else. She did pretend to try to ring up the purchase after I informed her that was the case. Her terminal wasn't working, she could as she pretended get the transaction to complete. I told her to call a manager. She called a manager and they had an elongated discussion that I could see. The alleged manager came over to the check out and she too pretended the transaction would not go thru. The alleged manager then moved the transaction to another register and now she alleged the coupon was not for the 32 bottles. Once I pointed out to her the 32 bottles on the coupon MAGIC occurred. As she was out of excuses she swiped the barcode on the back of each of the manufacturer coupons and gave me my receipt. INADEUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE: Contacted their customer service because they were in my opinion trying to keep me from using manufacturer coupons based on their belief they had the right to set an internal policy over and against Walmart practices. CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE IS NOTHING..

Not a (food) safe place to buy fresh or frozen groceries. Just spent 28min in line to check out. By the time I get home my frozen are not frozen and my colds are room temp. The manager was walking through the crowds of people waiting in line to check out saying "there's nothing more I can do". I'll be grocery shopping elsewhere from now on.

This Walmart is exceptionally trashy. Of all the Walmart's in the world this has got to be one of the worst and the patrons reflect it. Less masks here than the gas station.

Not enough lanes open, employees walking around on phones, Managers avoiding the front!!!!! Open more lanes up! Every lane should be open! Left and went to Target. All lanes open!

I worked here for a year and a half WHILE HOMELESS THE ENTIRE TIME and they made it hell for me from day one. First they kicking my fiancé out of the store multiple times just for sitting on the benches and walking around the store like any other customer. "He dressed inappropriately, he's in the store too long, he makes employees uncomfortable." AKA how to kick out a homeless person without saying we hate homeless people. I put my food in the break room fridge with my name on it and had my food stolen multiple times. What's more it was left half eaten just so I would know I'm being spited. Despite me being promoted to AP and us being regular shoppers who never stole a thing, we were stalked by APA every single time we went shopping. And that includes whenever APA was off duty. They will lie to each other about you just to spread rumors and get you in trouble. I had multiple CSMs lie about my fiancé hanging around me while I was working on multiple occasions. It went on for the entire year and a half and every single time, I had to confront the higher bosses about it and they said it was a non-issue. How petty and jealous do you have to be of two homeless people's relationship that you're willing to cause petty problems for almost 2 years? You'd have to be Mount Dora Walmart! If you ever find yourself working here, record them. Record them with your phones. Take pictures of them. Report them to Market Human Resources. Report them to Walmart Ethics. Report them to your local news outlets. Report them to sleazy media outlets. Blast them on social media. Report them to everyone and anyone. Never ever let yourself be in a room with only one of them. They're scum who will say anything to abuse you.

I always have a good experience at Walmart I love their glasses department it's very clean and they are following protocol of the COVID-19 pandemic all the workers are very kind and patient

Don't order from here, it's a joke. You won't ever receive it. I ordered just over a month ago and it was shipped to the store and has been sitting there "processing" ever since.

I will try to keep this review to a minimum. Location from my house is great. We live in Eustis and it's convenient. This store is ok. Not great. The reason is that they always seem under stocked. And this was prior to COVID 19. Now it's worse. We sometimes go to the one in Leesburg and we have a better experience but feel obligated to come to this one because of how close it is. Will we continue coming here? Yes! Of course. No Walmart is ever 100% perfect but with these Walmarts fairly close to each other it makes me think that the management at this location may need to increase their performance standards and be consistent with other near stores to provide a consistent level of service. I will also say that I work a lot with the public and I know retail work and Management is not easy so I hope these reviews are taken as positive feedback for improvement and not as a bashing post.

I have had them fix a lot of my things. They fixed 2 ipads and 2 lap tops. The one lap top was so bad that they had to but a new windows 10 on it ,but they did not activate windows 10, they told me it would cost $69 to activate all I had to do was get a activation code. from the back of the store. They did not have it and I had to call Microsoft and pay $139 for they program because the activation code and the program have to be the same. They have been very good with ever thing but this and I will still use them.

Went to this Walmart last night and by night I mean at 130 this morning. By surprise the I ran into the Store Manager!!! I was very surprised to see someone of his level working so late. I'm very impressed with all the changes I've watched this store go through and just meeting him at such an odd time was the most impressing. Alex you're awesome! And we are lucky to have you in Mount Dora! God Bless!

i called to ask if they engave jewlery, after 10 minutes od ringing, i was answered by mr tyler, he put me on hold for a very long time. a lady walking by saw the phone line blinking and answered it. i was put on hold for just a minute that was 23 minutes. mr jose answered who was the manager, i asked to speak to his supervisor. on hold for 30 or so minutes. an hour later, talking to mr who and miss what and waiting waiting waiting. noone is accountable at this store. who are you? im mr robert, what is your title, im the manager. do you engrave jewlery? hold ! mr alex is very mad because i told him about my post on yelp. he is cursing at me. have a good day mr alex.
