Been a customer since 1992, and worst customer service at the counter. Had to wait 30 minutes to be served and two tellers were there and the other one completely ignored me.

Usually go here for breakfast however they do lunch and close early. We like the pet friendly outdoor patio.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a financial institution and unfortunately because of one discourteous individual at the Mount Dora location and her lack of professionalism and empathy has left such a bad taste in my mouth that now I will be closing all 3 accounts with Wells Fargo after I’ve had them for well over 10+ years! Bank anywhere else but here!!!I was appalled by her sarcastic attitude and her unwillingness to even just try to help is what did it for me. I wish I had her name to put on display but that atrocious female is incompetent and unqualified to be dealing with any human beings. I wouldn’t trust her with my dog.- Negative Stars!!!

They have you make an appointment but have no intention of taking you at that time. It's 30 min past my appointment and still sitting here waiting. If I didn't have to do it in person I wouldn't come to the branch.

As someone who makes several trips to the bank every week to make withdrawals and deposits for our business, I have to say this is the worst Wells Fargo Bank I have been to. There's no drive up ATM and the drive-thru teller lanes are so incredibly tight I struggle to get through with my minivan without knocking one of my side view mirrors off. This is obviously an older Bank that is seriously in need of some renovations and updates, specifically to their drive-thru and drive up ATM systems. To be honest it has made me think I may need to be switching banks because it's getting a bit ridiculous and is a real inconvenience for us.
