  My husband and I were in need of a dryer until the one we purchased was delivered, which wasn't going to be for 2 more months. Our dryer went out so we needed something in the interim to make doing laundry easier. Aaron's to the rescue! Their leasing option was so helpful in our situation. We were able to lease a dryer for an insanely reasonable price until ours was delivered. We worked with Jay who was incredibly kind and understanding of our needs. He was knowledgeable and professional in helping get us set up with our leased dryer. The return process was easy as well. We basically just had to be home when they picked it up, and they took care of the rest. Overall we had a fantastic experience and are so grateful for Aaron's and the service they provided us in our time of need!

  If your stores aren’t even open after 8pm why are you sending people out to houses at almost 9pm at night. That is scary and would never allow anyone in my house at that time. The contract is under my husband and we pay a little late. So I understand sending someone but at 8:40pm absolutely not. Your store isn’t even open after 8pm

  Tell you, customer service can't be matched, period.. I pay online but go in now and then check prices.. just more helpful than other furniture stores . I appreciate that ... Jose manager and Steven and Jodi but all of them.. I know there smiling faces , more than names.. but never forget their customers.. thank you Aarons for making live easier

  Horrible customer service. The general manager Tonya hangs up in your face whenever you ask her general questions. She puts forth no effort to help with any of my concerns. She is just a nasty person. All merchandise is over priced and outdated. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.
