I just wanna say as a woman I went into the store looking for something and a very gentle man came up to me and he had an impact at Chris. He walked me through everything that I needed to do explain how it worked explained everything and thanks to Chris. I will always be in Ace customer

I always go to ACE the staff is always ready to help I walked in today and told Chris what I was looking for so I didn’t have to search for it he told me right were it was and I was in and out Thank you. Mulberry ACE is number 1.

Went there and was told we couldn’t get a key unless they were getting paid for programming. But called 3 different other ones and said they could. Staff is trash.

Placed an online order and they canceled. Said someone already paid for them before they were in. Which i didn’t know was possible. sales associate I dealt with was rude, it was Mia. She said the manager Maryland told her to cancel, mins before i spoke to another sales associate who confirmed they were waiting up there for me makes no sense at all. seems very fishy to me.
Even after they canceled it, it still shows available online, other customers will go through the same thing of having to check out and thinking they have something. This makes no sense and is a ridiculous business practice. Why would anybody order from any Ace hardware if they can do this.

Fill our RV with propane, easy in, easy out. As we travel around the country, we love to visit ACE Hardware stores. They are each so unique yet have anything you may need.

I purchased a Bayou Classic aluminum Grill stock pot with basket for $70 and after taking it out of the box has a giant dent it just before I had a crab boil planned call the store and was told if I use it I cannot return it or exchange it this is ridiculous won't use Ace Hardware ever again if this is the way they're going to do their customers.

This Ace is NOT the place!
? Buyer Beware! ? I want to warn you all about my recent frustrating experience with Mulberry Ace Hardware. While they did ultimately return my item, it was a brand-new, unopened product in perfect condition. Despite this, they tried to refuse the return, citing a vague “hurricane-related” policy due to the recent storm.
After much back-and-forth, they finally made the return (less than $60), but no consumer should have to deal with this kind of hassle for an unopened item! I strongly suggest they update their return policy to clearly reflect these terms on their receipts.
I’m all for supporting small businesses, but after this experience, I’d recommend Home Depot or Lowe’s where you can expect fair treatment and transparency. Buyer beware!
