To start, all of these reviews are fake. The associate asked my dad for his phone to do a review while I was purchasing one. Idk why the associates would think it is acceptable to write their own reviews.Here is my experience: Just got my first bill after having to make an emergency phone purchase the day of my brother's graduation that I flew in for and I see the representative committed FRAUD and added extra items to my bill and changed my phone plan. I had EXPLICITLY said I had no time to talk about the plan and wanted the phone ( they didn't even have the exact one I wanted ) and the insurance and that was it. No changes. Well, this bill reflects otherwise. Very disappointing. This is why I never go in store to upgrade my phone. 2nd time a member of at&t committed FRAUD on my account and I have been w/ this company for 10 years this May .. 0 STARS. Do not make your purchases in store anymore...
To follow up on this (6/11/2025) I have reported a fraud case and the customer service line at ATT has corrected a portion of the fraud committed.
