Went in for new phone. Employee said we would "probably" have to order phone as it was close to holiday. But she didn't bother to tell me what she had. Too cold to concentrate. Employee said it was because it gets warm in the afternoon due to large windows. Customer walked in after me and commented same thing. Also, employee just didn't seem enthused to see me. She sat in the back of the store and pointed towards the front when I asked where the iPhones were. That's where all the phones are Einstein! I guess it was too much trouble to tell me center table or left wall. I didn't see them and she never left the back of the store so I just left with no phone. Looked up corporate stores; found one on North side. Was able to set an appointment same day, great service, and ended up with three phones and got on FirstNet.

Dani was very knowledgeable as well as Griffen. There were a few people in the store as there is usually when we come in so it was expected. They were very patient and helpful to all of us so I didn't mind. I used to do all my upgrades online until my local Mulberry Florida store made it a much easier experience. Dani even called me the next day to see how we were doing with our new phones. AA plus

My wife and I came in a month ago and worked with Sean to merge our accounts together and to get an Apple Watch. But we came in today because or bill was outrageously high when it should have been cheaper. We talked to Dani about the crazy charges on our bill and how Sean misinformed us about a prorated charge and told us we wouldn’t have a large prorated charge because our bill cycle was the same but he was wrong and also how we never discussed getting insurance on the Apple Watch but saw that charge on the bill as well. Dani was helpful in trying to resolve the problem and try to dismiss the charges we were misinformed about but unfortunately the general manager made it impossible for us to get any help today. After Dani called customer service for us and had told her it was the store’s responsibility to credit us to resolve the problem the general manager wanted us to come in tomorrow so we could discuss maybe getting it fixed with him and Sean but he didn’t see it being resolved. For the GM to make it so difficult for Dani to try and help us and to also even suggest having us come in to confront his employee about a mistake he made is outrageous. Not only will we not go back to this store but will be leaving AT&T as soon as we can. Awful customer service and outrageous charges.

Sean decided to tell me to go shop somewhere else instead of trying to figure out an answer to an upgrade question for my mom that was confusing for me. I called another store in my state and got the answer in less than 5 minutes.Solid customer service Sean. /s

I needed a phone and serive they where able to help me fast. I just wish when buying a brand new phone for 1000$ they would throw in a case. I asked a few times and I still had to buy one lol. Other than that good experience.

If you visit this store do not work with Brian. he will say anything to make a sale, even if it is false information. He told my family three separate lies to make a sale, and those ended up costing us hundreds of dollars. First, he promised us that a phone we ordered to be shipped would arrive in a few days before my mother left to return home out of state. The next day we were informed the phone would not arrive for several weeks, and we had to scramble to find another ATT store that had her phone in stock where she could get it that day. No store had the phone she wanted in stock, so she had to get a different phone she did not want for $100 more so that she could have a phone before she went home.Next, Brian assured us that we could receive the $250 BYOD credit for one of our family members bringing his own device. When I spoke with ATT customer service later, they said that was only available if the phone was ported over by the user online, not by an agent in-store. Brian did not tell us this, and as he ported the phone over in store, guaranteed that we would get the $250 credit. So far we are up to $350 dollars we have lost due to Brian's lies.Finally, Brian told us that the family member who had brought his phone could bring it in for a trade in at any time and receive the same deals the rest of us did the day we switched. But when that family member attempted to do a trade in a couple months later, he was told he had to wait 6 months. Another lie Brian told us that may result in losing more money if the current deal expires in the coming months.AT&T is great. Great coverage, price, and service. Much better than Verizon. I am glad we switched back. But I would not recommend Brian or this store to anyone. Brian lies and that will cost you money.
