Terrible product support. The company would rather lose a customer who has been with them for 7 to 8 years and spent thousands than replace a flawed chair. They call it normal wear and tear and I have only had it a short time....*Follow up* I followed the instructions on their reply and the company still chooses to let us go, both accounts. So now we part ways.

Please give Kaneisha at the store on the Westside of athens georgia a raise bc she was an amazing,helpful and great person to hve to help me with my issue, when I say she went over an beyond for me and she didn't know me and neither do I know her but hunni she made my day and she resolve my issue and then I purchase another item today and I'm so please an happy she was my sale agent. She has awwsome customer service!!!!

Very Shady company. We purchased all of our furniture from them and got the warranty protection. A little over a year later we called corporate and are being told that the couch does not have the warranty on it and they will not replace it even though it is unravelling and falling apart. They said we as a customer should have tallied our receipt up and compared the number of items on warranty. After searching for it we found the original order we agreed to with the salesperson and they made an error and only put the warranty on the love seat and not the couch and they are refusing to make good on it. This company has been a nightmare from the begging to deal with between damaged items, deliveries not coming when they were supposed to and even making a hole in our sheetrock going up the stairs.

Overall service was good. Instead of the company getting all new I purchased floor models. They were in good shape. I new I was getting a floor model for a couch I purchased but had to settle for floor model for a love seat because the love seat we ordered was not put on the truck. Then I had to travel 20 miles to pickup the floor model love seat. I asked for a discount and haven’t heard anything from the company. Don’t suspect I will.

Bought a beautiful farm house table with chairs and a bench from the King, NC Store. Works perfect with our family gatherings! And Margaret was so nice!! Super fast delivery/pick up!!A++++++++++

I have been doing business with these guys for about seven years now, and I can honestly say that their furniture quality and quantity has always been spot on. Their customer service is amazing and their employees go above and beyond to satisfy my needs when it comes to color coordinating and making final decisions. We will definitely be returning and Badcock will always be our #1 furniture store to continue business.

Nice, courteous staff. Big selection, but they don't have any delivery drivers, so you have to wait to receive your furniture and the cost of delivery is ridiculous, especially when they're only going around the corner. Also, they don't take away the old furniture or appliances

After looking online and in auctions for 6 mos of construction looking for a French Country dining room table that seats 10, to no avail, I went to Badcock to see the Camden 2 PC sectional in person and there was the perfect 10 seater table for a price better than I could find for just 10 chairs! And, the Camden sectional and cocktail ottoman were better than I could have expected as well! Couldn't believe I found everything right in my own backyard. I am beyond pleased and satisfied with these purchases. My salesperson Courtney was very knowledgeable and the guys who delivered and put everything together had great attitudes, got everything done and cleaned up very quickly.

Could not have been a better experience. Chris was excellent in allowing us to look and talk without hovering or intruding. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. After purchase he worked hard to arrange the delivery around our schedule. Delivery guys were excellent as well. There was a small tear in one of the recliners that we didn’t find till they had left. One phone call and they brought a replacement within the hour. Could not ask for better service.

With a tub load of laundry that needed to be worn on Sunday and the rest next week ourwasher gave out on Thursday afternoon. On Friday morning and independent repairman told us the bad news. Time for new one. He recommended a particular manufacturer and model because we did not like all the unnecessary high-tech extras. We called around and badcock did have one in stock, but it was for a washer- dryer combo sale. No individual washers were scheduled to come in to his store until Tuesday. The manager was contacted and he agreed to sell the washer only at the sale price. I am happy that the individual store managers have such lead way with their stock. I took it home, set it up, we had clean clothes Saturday.

I am loving my power bed as it helps with my back pain and my swollen ankles. My sofa and accent chair pairs well with my odd color walls and my stove is Ole school by choice as I had the glass top it cracked and I love my purchase. Badcock Montezuma is my one stop shop for my household needs. So far I'm well pleased. Stop in and meet the associates they were very helpful.

Great customer service. Mike really helped us ensure a quick delivery. Upon delivery, the love seat we bought didn’t look great in our living room so we called to return it. Again Mike was so great with coordinating that and returning the love seat in exchange for a recliner. There was a small scratch on our regular couch we bought and we had the option to replace or $100 credit back. Overall good experience. Would def go back.

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. They helped us with our selection and gave us good advice, answered all our questions. The people who came to put it together were efficient, friendly and nice. The furniture itself is gorgeous. Makes my room look fabulous, and as well built, I would definitely go back to them again I just wish I had California king bedroom sets. The furniture is so beautiful
