Unfortunately, I have to say the service has been a disaster. I signed up for 2GB because with Spectrum I only had 1GB, and supposedly with fiber optic the internet was going to fly. But I’m actually getting **half the speed** I had with Spectrum, even though they only offered 1GB. I called to get it fixed quickly because I work from home. On Monday they told me they’d send replacement boxes because the issue seems to be the router, and now it’s Wednesday and nothing has arrived.
I called customer service, which is a whole challenge in itself just to reach a real person. When someone finally answered, it turns out they never processed the order properly, and now the shipment might arrive by Friday.
My friend, if you’re with Spectrum and thinking of switching to Frontier... think twice. It could be a big mistake. I’m going to try to cancel this company and go back to Spectrum.

I drove to this location in Mulberry and it is closed. Online it shows as an Frontier location they need to take it down.

My internet went out on Saturday around 3 pm. I called in for support and they said there is a problem and that someone would be there on Tuesday between 1 pm and 5 pm. I work from home, so not having internet means I can't work. I had to take a personal day on Monday as I couldn't work. Then I had to take my laptop to a coffee shop so that I could work Tuesday morning. The technician did show up and I was able to speak with him. Said it was a contractor that unplugged us from downstream. I work in sales, and when I can't work it means I make no base salary nor commission. Being told I am getting 4 days of credit. BID DEAL!
There is no way for me to quantify what I lost via commission. Not to mention having to waste a vacation day for this. Trying to get to a human is almost impossible. And the guy I finally got to today offered me an $8 credit then an $11 credit. Really? You need to do better. The fact that you shut me off on a Saturday but I can't talk to someone as to why is unacceptable.
I wish I could give you a zero. Even that would be too much.

I had this service for over a year 1 gig for 85 dollars I called a few times to try to get it lowered but they never did anything so I found another service and when I called to cancel now all of a sudden they can give me 1 free month and my payment will only be 40 dollars but I had already set up service with the other company and also when I returned the equipment they charged me another 50 dollars they are a joke

We had frontier files installed. And we’re told a gentleman would come back to bury the cables that were left running across three Neighbor’s yards and driveways to a junction box then after the fact, frontier told us it would take two weeks for a contractor to come out and bury the cables. Meanwhile, lawn mowers Are bound to run into them. And multiple times a day these cables are run over by Neighbor’s going in and out of their driveways. Not to mention the fact that my neighbors are very upset about it, as am I. This was a sloppiest service I have ever experienced. And calling for support is fruitless. They just simply don’t give a damn. This is inexcusable and shows a total lack of professionalism, and customer service

I’m a landlord. Tenants called to have Frontier installed. I happened to be there when the guy showed up. About 10 minutes after he arrives, I go to investigate this incredibly loud drilling sound to find the guy drilling a huge hole through my garage wall. Did not discuss this with me beforehand. I assumed he would just he hooking into the coax box like everyone else does. Turns out he’s mounting all sorts of new equipment and gave me. I say or heads up heads up about location. That’s cable guy customer service 101. When I start asking him questions, he immediately gets defensive and cops a huge attitude. Says he has to drill these holes and I need to let him do his job. I tell him I might have wanted to have some say over location, etc. Mind you I’m simply asking questions about how this is going to affect my property. Now everything is crammed into a corner near my irrigation controller. He unplugs my irrigation controller and takes the outlet it’s using. Then he doesn’t finish the install and leaves the power supply for their complicated telecommunications doohickey laying on top of the old Verizon one where it will probably get knocked down. Huge fail.

need to vent...Like I said before good luck if you ever want to cancel frontier. I canceled it in February tell me why I have a bill due next month? I paid my final bill this month. I'm so over this company it sucks. They were supposed to come Tuesday between 7am and 6pm I'm guessing to get the modem. Well, they never showed up and when I called she rescheduled me for Saturday between 1 and 5? So I called about these charges today and of course all they have is automated service and their customer service is closed on the weekend because they suck. So I said confirm order and it said I can't find an order for you.
After receiving an email confirming that I returned my equipment 2.17
My account now says to return my equipment 2 routers which I only had 1! STAY AWAY!

Their shady salesman Alex came out. Promised us a lower rate than spectrum. Said the rate was guaranteed for life and that I could reach out to him anytime. Installers came out and installed the fiber. Found out I could not get the rate he promised and he also stopped answering his phone. Called customer service and they said the rate is definitely not guaranteed for life. What an awful experience!!! We will never switch!

Frontier is the worst. Very poor customer service. They messed up the account multiple times and it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone to fix the problem. Go elsewhere, anywhere has to be better than here.

Worst internet I have ever had. Keeps dropping so they keep sending me routers. And my internet keeps dropping. Never had this issue with cable.

Installers left a mess before leaving filled up my trash cans with debris from other homes My garden hose was still laid out in the yard on. First bill was pretty high second bill was still high neither was what they said it was going to be. Ended up canceling after having nightmares of trying to get my bills paid because they could not find my account and then I was hit with a $50 restocking fee to turn their equipment back into them. On top of that they may or may not be able to turn my service off for an entire month which makes you pay for another month worth of internet service you no longer are getting. It feels like a fly by night operation and they will use every tactic they can to squeeze every last penny they can out of a person. The service itself is better than spectrum however the shady tactics in prices are far from what they lead you to believe. I don't like any of the cable companies to be honest with you they're all used car salesmen however frontier takes the cake.

Love Frontier and will always recommend! Customer service and technicians have always been extremely nice. The technician that installed our box 2 years went above and beyond and was very polite. Internet itself as always been speedy, no problems.

I am CONSTANTLY harassed by their field agents one in particular is Darion Pietrzak! I have a NO TRESPASSING sign on my private property and have told them several time to stop knocking! They say they just want to let homeowners know that there would be fiber optics installed in our yards which per the city of Mulberry will be done with or without our consent as a homeowner! So my issue is why knock on our doors that say NO TRESPASSING if our city officials as already advised us of this and it’s going to happen regardless of us being notified or not! DARION PIETRZAK AND OTHER FRONITER FIELD WORKERS! Don’t knock on my door that has a NO TRESPASSING SIGN -thanks from a annoyed homeowner on NE 6th St

Don't do it. Don't switch, just keep complaining to Spectrum to upgrade. There is absolutely no customer service. The monthly cost was double what they promised. I have been trying to return my equipment for 2 months. They send me the barcode to take to UPS and by the time I get there, it doesn't work. Common problem, says UPS.
