Worst internet I have ever had. Keeps dropping so they keep sending me routers. And my internet keeps dropping. Never had this issue with cable.

Installers left a mess before leaving filled up my trash cans with debris from other homes My garden hose was still laid out in the yard on. First bill was pretty high second bill was still high neither was what they said it was going to be. Ended up canceling after having nightmares of trying to get my bills paid because they could not find my account and then I was hit with a $50 restocking fee to turn their equipment back into them. On top of that they may or may not be able to turn my service off for an entire month which makes you pay for another month worth of internet service you no longer are getting. It feels like a fly by night operation and they will use every tactic they can to squeeze every last penny they can out of a person. The service itself is better than spectrum however the shady tactics in prices are far from what they lead you to believe. I don't like any of the cable companies to be honest with you they're all used car salesmen however frontier takes the cake.

Love Frontier and will always recommend! Customer service and technicians have always been extremely nice. The technician that installed our box 2 years went above and beyond and was very polite. Internet itself as always been speedy, no problems.

I am CONSTANTLY harassed by their field agents one in particular is Darion Pietrzak! I have a NO TRESPASSING sign on my private property and have told them several time to stop knocking! They say they just want to let homeowners know that there would be fiber optics installed in our yards which per the city of Mulberry will be done with or without our consent as a homeowner! So my issue is why knock on our doors that say NO TRESPASSING if our city officials as already advised us of this and it’s going to happen regardless of us being notified or not! Don't do it. Don't switch, just keep complaining to Spectrum to upgrade. There is absolutely no customer service. The monthly cost was double what they promised. I have been trying to return my equipment for 2 months. They send me the barcode to take to UPS and by the time I get there, it doesn't work. Common problem, says UPS.

I am writing this review to the internet company and there customer service department not to the field workers there customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with, I disconnected my service in the middle of the month and questioned them about my final bill and was told it would be 14.11 and they would turn off my auto pay well to my surprise I received a bill for 58.40 and then received a second bill for 0.00 this was by email and I said okay no problem maybe they are adjusting the bill well I checked my account and it was charged 58.40 so I them checked my auto pay and it was still on. Okay I called and was told that I still have a balance of 10.27 and I asked how was that and they told me that they billed me for the whole month and also charged me to disconnect my service what a rip-off they get half a month service from me for free and then have the nerve to charge me more. When I question it was told they charge for the whole month no matter what but that was not what I was told so I am letting everyone know what your self when dealing with these people. I wouldn’t recommend them for nothing.

I’d give a 0 if I could. I usually don’t read reviews but I should have for this one. Worst customer service ever. They’ll take your money in a heartbeat, but if you have an issue, they’ll take their sweet time. My internet went down on a Thursday morning. It’s Monday afternoon and I’m still waiting on someone to come fix it. We are a work from home family, without internet we don’t make money. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANYTHING. I’ll be moving on to someone different in the next week.

My phone constantly goes in and out of service on a regular basis. When reported the service tech says there is no fault on the line. Whether they can see a fault or not I do not have any phone service. Then miraculously the next morning my telephone is working. Frontier is one the worst communication operations I have every seen in my 50+ years.

Cant give service to someone who is a mile down the road. Can’t tell me why. Absolutely ridiculous.
