This place is bad. Made an appointment for 3 people, we show up for our appointment, 30 minutes pass, they call 1 of us back another 30 minutes pass and they tried only calling one of us back. It’s been over an hour past our appointments. Two walk ins walked past us and got right in side by side for pedicures. Will never ever go to this place ever again

Figured I'd try somewhere close to home, I'll never go back. When i walked in after i greeted, i asked how much for a pedicure they sponded 35. I sat and started last of like 3 or 4 others. Mine was rushed. I was nearly over when the lady next to me was still at the beginning of hers practically. When o realized the guy was coming back with wax in hand, i asked him kindly if he could provide a little more care. He argued with me saying he alrea ady did it. I couldn't believe it. I had to insist. ?♀️ When we got to the register it was now 50 since i got gel polish ? Not sure if a $15 increase is reasonable but i paid it and got out of there. My normal pedicure tech charges 35 and is AMAZING, UNFORTUNATELY the poor thing injured themselves this week and isn't working.Glad this experience is the exception.
