Lisa was the best tax agent I have ever had! Not only was she well versed in the tax real., she was efficent, helped me prepare for next year. Very professional, courteous personable, engaged and amazing to work with every year. She takes the worry and guess work out of tax nightmares.

Terry make it simple and easy, people were very nice. However the lady at the front desk has a terrible attitude. It’s a shame the looks she gives when being asked if she has a trash can to throw garbage away in.

Complete waste of time and money. Definitely going back to filing ourselves and saving money. Had a simple tax return and they charged over $300 with no explanation to give. Then two months later we call with questions and they literally are zero help. Just know, they will gladly take your money and leave you for dead after.

Absolutely amazing. Ive always hated doing taxes online and decided to go with doing it in person for the first time. This location is clean and everyone who works there has an absolutely awesome attitude. Lisa Childs was the one who helped me and she is the real deal. Kind, quick, and responsive. We need more people like her. I will be doing my taxes in the future at this location as long as she still works there.
