The lady tonight. My daughter had to use the bathroom. I guess the employee must hold their pee all shift since I guess there bathroom was supposedly closed due to the homeless people using it . The lady was very rude . She didn’t even care . She kept making excuses after excuses. I felt bad for my daughter. This place is very unprofessional.

Just stopped there to get gas and cigarettes apparently they inly accept cash in store and cards at pump only also i called after I left for a quote on a carton of cigarettes so I can pull out of ATM and the cashier ( black guy) said I would have to go their and he will let me know like it's very secretive.

This station is ridiculous... they seem to put a sign up and shut the pumps off often. I needed specifically non Ethanol fuel, and there aren't many places that have it. It's bad enough it's hard to find but to have to shut down constantly for whatever reason is stupid too. It's 630pm!!!

Is there any less expensive gas in Lakeland than here? I've never seen it. AND easiest access coming out of Walmart to just pull in and fill up.Love to see them expand to the size of the North Lakeland station near that Walmart.

Just pulled away from the pump. The employee inside refused to let my wife use the restroom. They don't close for 15 minutes and I spend 25 bucks at the fuel pump, and yet this gentleman refused to let my wife, a life long kidney patient, use the restroom. The inability to get to a restroom can be life threatening to a kidney patient, and this employee decided it was his choice to put us in that position, even after finding out about her condition.What would it have cost him?I know what it could have cost me.

I work at Walmart always get my gas here and pay inside as I’m a Walmart plus customer I have that option. I go get gas and they deny me. I ask to turn on the pump and attendant says no. I dot recognize you. It’s the first time I see you, won’t turn it on and is rude . Won’t give me managers name. Why have an option and you can’t use it

Right down the street from my house but I'll drive the extra few minutes to 7-11 or racetrack. Cashier was so rude I left and made my purchase at 7-11

I have been coming here since the day they opened. I work nights 10 PM - 7 AM. I get gas on my way to work and I have NEVER (after letting the attend know I’m there) been denied gas at the pump. I planned on buying snack and drink usually 20-25$ worth that’s your company’s profit not gas. The older black gentleman said prepay only I’m training someone. I don’t know how much I need now days. Jim and Glen even know of me and my family and this is how you treat loyal customer! If I get a response about this service I may come back. If I drive in at night and see this attendant I will leave and go to RaceTrac.
