“Bartow is the Publix I usually shop at. I'm really hooked on GreenWise popcorn, while in Publix in Bartow I picked up a bag of the GreenWise popcorn I noticed that most of the bags weren't even full all the way lots of kernels and some black popcorn so I found a bag that I thought look the best and I bought it. That night when I ate it it was burnt I could taste the burnt so the next day I took it back and I was going to exchange it for another one I'm sure the GreenWise name shouldn't be on a bunch of bags of burnt popcorn but they still had nothing but all those burnt bags of popcorn so I just got my money back I got in the car and I went to Highland City Publix 5 mi up the road. Wow that is a beautiful store and guess what, their popcorn wasn't burnt and their bags were full. I even spent more money while I was there everything in the store was presented so nice and I found sale items that I didn't find at the Publix in Bartow that I was looking for them. Thank you Highlands City Publix all be back.”

“This Publix was great! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I went in early morning right after they opened on the way home from the gym. This wasn't my regular Publix so I was unsure if the layout. I was greeted by several friendly employees and they were all helpful in guiding me to find certain items and were helpful answering a few questions I had about products. Even the cashier and young man bagging my groceries were very pleasant as we conversated for a minute. My quick trip in led to a great experience. A+ for the staff here!”
“Amazing customer service. Deli, Bakery, the lady who greeted us at the front door was so nice I wish I had gotten her name I wanted to call back and give a compliment but I think she was a manger. The cashier was nice as well.”

“We have been shopping at Aldi's for 25 years . First in Brandon And now at this location here in Lakeland. We have always been pleased with products and prices. But lately I have bought the pork ribs and when I opened the package to prepare them for baking them in the oven. They didn't smell right. I had to throw them away . I didn't want to risk getting my family sick. This happened twice in the last couple of weeks . I'm at the point where I don't want to buy them anymore from Aldi's. Never a problem with the chicken and pork loin . Just the pork ribs. We are still loyal customers of Aldi's.”

Not rude, they stay in contact with you, knowledgeable and customer service is on point. Thank you for understanding my illness and keeping me on track so it won’t cause a flare up as Walmart didn’t care and I was almost was in the hospital. Walmart made me feel like a drug addict and I’m 5 mess for my chronic pain and relapsing multiple sclerosis along with my seizures. Publix understood and has empathy and stated they will make sure I stay on track when I forget due to going through a relax. So thank you again! Many blessings….”

“Stopped here to check my trunk because I kept hearing noises only to find out it was home to number of frogs! Disgusted I sought help and found a wonderful brave man named Gino. I explained to him the situation and he kindly came to remove the frogs and placed them in the bush. What a hero! He was joined by another man who was also lovely but I didn’t catch his name. PROMOTE THESE MEN. They were so kind. Oh and the store itself is lovely and clean.”

“I've had nothing but positive experiences shopping at the Southgate Publix in Lakeland. As someone who has a service dog, I truly appreciate how kind, respectful, and welcoming the staff have been every time I've come into the store. My service dog is always treated appropriately, and I've never been made to feel uncomfortable or judged.
The store is clean, well-stocked, and the employees are friendly and willing to help whenever needed. It's refreshing to shop somewhere that makes everyone feel welcome.
Thank you to the team at Southgate Publix for your excellent customer service and for treating both me and my service dog with kindness and respect. It truly means a lot!”
“This Aldi's has only been this this area just under the year maybe... Never have to look for parking and I have never had an issue being able to find handicap parking. That cart system should be used by everyone ..cause I safely say I have never seen. Them in the parking lot or anywhere in Ruskin...The staff is so nice from time we walked in the store walking out . The produce section complete full of fresh fruits and veggies. This is now my go to Aldi's for me... My store I usually go to in Riverview is in bad traffic, I don't. Like going to it because of the construction 🚧🚧🚧 when you need someone to ask a question there is no one there and no on will acknowledge your there ... Ruskin peeps working here taken Pride in your store see soon 🩷”
