They changed my account that I was grandfathered into! They are commission only! She opened my account because I needed a new chip in my phone. ( so I was told) while my account was open She took the iPad in the back room was gone 30+ minutes the manager went in back to get her because I complained. He returned with the pad still open with my account She Changed my account! He sent her to lunch once I asked! He didn't change it back! Took me 8 weeks going through corporate! This was fraudulent activity without my permission! She didn't return and it came through on my account after they closed! Added$20 a month without a purchase or my signature!!! Don't go there!!!

Went in for a phone upgrade, the lady working up front said that in order to walk out with the phone I would have to purchase 2 accessories. This is absolute bull.. I called customer support and they told me that is not a requirement. They are scammers, do not trust them. Waste of time and money. I’m sure I’m not the only one they do that too.

Be very wary of this store. They look you in the face and completely lie. They tell you all these deals/promotions you’re getting then your bill comes and it’s double. COMMISSIONS….I will not be a T-mobile customer much longer. They are more than disingenuous, they are outright liars

On November 13th at 2 p.m. 2023, I went into this T Mobile. My account was opened by Alexandrix.( possibly misspelled) By 2:10 pm. I had a new simm card installed on my phone. It didn't fix the problem I was having. By 4:12 my account was changed, she went into a private back room with the iPad to the store opened with my account. At 4:51 my billing was charged to my account without my permission! I brought it to the managers attention that she had been gone with me standing at the counter waiting for her for over 30 min. He went into the back room, returned with the iPad still having my account open, and proceded to assist me. I asked where she had gone, and he said he sent her to lunch! I told him I waited to go home and return the next day. He gave me his cell and has yet to respond!! I grabbed my phone and left. Only to find that they changed my billing account that I had been grandfathered in since the 1990's. Raised my bill $40. Per month. Plus removed my international calling that I need for my business. I have contacted T Moble help center. Now, I am contacting the FCC for fraudulent activity on my account from the store manager Lammad Henderson and a teamsters in this store! They changed my account without written or verbal permission!! Barbara Pawlak!This is criminal!!!

This place has no clue. Couldn't fix my wife's phone so tried to sell her a new iPhone, then changed our plan without permission saying we couldn't get the deal on the new phone without changing our plan. Called corporate and was told that was NOT TRUE. And then tech support fixed the problem. These people are awful.

We had the absolute BEST customer service from Thomas today! He helped us switch from Verizon to T-Mobile along with getting my parents off of att to T-Mobile. Thomas was extremely patient as 2 of our members on the plan live in MA and he was able to get us all setup with ease! Thank you Thomas!! Highly recommend this location.

Went up to this store and two black guys were sitting at a table, supposedly luring business. They were extremly rude. I tried to make light banter and they were rude. If I ever thought to go to T Mobile, these guys snuffed it out. I would never have these rude people representing my company. No way.

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan,terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission
