I usually deal with the Lithia location and they are wonderful there. So when I had to use this UPS to my dismay I found them to be astronomically below the bar. The women working the counter are extremely slow. I also found them to be rude and condescending. Even though I had already printed my own labels, all they needed to do was scan them. With two people behind the counter and three people in line ahead of me, it still took me roughly 20 mins to get out of the store. I’ll drive to fishhawk from now on.

I moved here 2 months ago (close to this ups). Where I lived the ups store was fenominal but I can say this one is as well. The staff is friendship and kind and their service is great. I have been to another ups close by twice and left both times unhappy, really unhappy with their service but this one I recommend 100%. They are awesome!

I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered at this store. I arrived at 6pm to return two items and was provided a return label digitally. When I approached the desk for help, I explained my need and the employee Jen, had an awful demeanor, a rude tone, and advised that the labels need to be printed. I explained my husband returned items on Saturday and we did not print any labels. She chose to affirm her position and stated she worked on Saturday and no items were shipped like this. Not knowing what else to do nor having an understanding of how my husband was able to be helped, I called him to figure out how he returned his items. She then interrupted to tell me I needed to step out of line so others could be helped. It was very clear based on the multiple opportunities Jen had to provide a solution, that she was never interested in helping me. I left the store, knowing she would not help me with my shipment. While explaining my experience to my husband, he advised that the label can be emailed to the store and they can print and affix it to the box. I went back in to address this poor service with Jen and seek understanding of why this option wasn’t provided to me. Her response was immediately defensive and she blamed me for calling my husband as her reason for not offering me the option to email the digital label. She even went as far to say I went on a “tirade” by calling my husband. This was a completely false accusation in addition to the fact that I wouldn’t have had to make a call if she would have offered the email option proactively. As I attempted to explain that to her, she said, “you have a great day.” I was shaking in frustration and couldn’t believe a matter of printing labels escalated so unnecessary. My husband had to rush to the store before it closed within 30 minutes, taking unnecessary time out of our evening, because Jen is unprofessional, rude, and should not be serving in any service related capacity. The team confirmed that Jen had left for the day and were quickly able to assist with printing the label and mailing the boxes. Having someone like Jen in any leadership position makes me question the capacity of this business. Having someone like Jen as an employee, will prevent us from doing any further business with this location. We will be calling corporate for additional recourse, in hopes of preventing others from being treated this way.

The store is conveniently located within the community. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The options within the store are excellent. There is truly more inside than just shipping and packing. If you haven't looked into your neighborhood UPS store lately and what it has to offer... you should.

I've been coming to this store almost weekly for the past 2 years and every single time the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Kelli is always very knowledgeable. It is never stressful not to know all the processes when you come into this store as you know you'll be helped.
