My old phone which my brother bought from Verizon not corporate Verizon from Verizon store. My phone broke. Corporate told me they would take care of it and I would get a new one. They sent me a rebuilt new phone and tell me to go to the Verizon store to have them set it up. There'll be no charge. When I went to the Verizon store they told me $40. I had paperwork showing that I was sent a new phone with a box to send the old one back plus postage and handling and even the man over corporate that I spoke to on the phone said they should not charge you but they did. Anyway, if you have a store and it's called the Verizon store you should work with corporate. Not be penny pinching on your own. Have some morals.

I wanted to upgrade but was confused with all the fine print in the offers, so I decided to talk to someone in person. Both Tom and Danny were kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and then some. They made it a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this store.
