I have b lack fatig ue from dealing with managers here and corporate. Shelves are looking empty and not alot of employees to find for any help. If it wasn't for prices here there be nothing good to say

So I went on Indeed and did an application for Walmart yesterday. Got call today at 915am to do an orientation for 10am which I couldn't do but got it for 12pm for pushing carts' whatever I need work. I get there at 1145 and then was told at customer service that its for a job interview. Ok great whatever. Then met lol Shamiki a manager I guess for online orders for back of store. Ok even better I rather do that. That then turned into not an interview but had me put on a vest and stand in sun for 45 seconds with her as she kept asking it was too hot for me which it's not I told her repeatedly Then she told me I must be too hot to work there and said the job pays $14 per hour not $17.50 like they posted. Ok that's fine whatever. Then was told they would call me later in the week for interview. Now I am very clean cut and wore good dress clothes for interview. I'm very well spoken and have a college degree. The job is so easy compared to all my last jobs doing same work but harder on last jobs and I told her that in a nice manner. Wrong job, wrong pay, wrong purpose of me going there today and I gave no issue on anything. As i walked out of store she comes behind me and says she is not following me.....i didnt even know she was there.

Did a little shopping today went to the baby section found some baby soap on clearance. I got to the register and one of them needed up showing full price I explained that it was the wrong price the manager up front told her to change it . As soon as she was done with me she shut her light off to run to the baby sections because she thought I was lying . I bought 2 and there was 1 still left back there. I thought the clearance price was 3 dollars it was even more cheaper than that . So on top of the cashier making me feel like a criminal they ended up owning me 2 dollars . I could see if it was a high end but it was baby soap . The cashier was on register 21. You had a line of people just to run back there and make sure I was lying . I was embarrassed. You should train your cashiers better .

Very irresponsible and no work ethic company. Managers worse than employees. The don't know what customer service is and have no idea how to handle a hiring process. The usual suspects. Disgusting from the top to the bottom as a business.

I love the way you can go across the front of the store including bathrooms. There was more associates around to help assist us in reaching products and checking if they have more in stock.

I shop at 3 different locations and S Florida Ave always rattles me when English speaking is secondary to, let's say, decent customer service. People have their jobs to do but when your inquiry is answered with " I don't speak English" and the assisted check out holds up the customers by giving the guy who cuts in line lessons on what each coin is worth face value, I get upset. I had to go through standards in every job I held and I expect the same when I'm out spending my hard earned dollars. Walmart needs to do better.

Employees are rude. Miss seeing lady named Lesley. She worked there for years and in different departments. She was always so nice and talked and smiled with customers. Such a sweetheart. Attitude many in retail miss today. And today in fitting room the woman Joanne or Joyce older lady with shoulder length hair just rude. Doesn’t talk to you n just rude. She clearly shouldn’t be working with customers.
