The women at the front desk are always kind and helpful, and one staff member was described as super helpful, very kind, and worked hard cleaning the place. A positive aspect is that customers can use regular credit cards, and sometimes putting 20 or more on a card gives additional credit. Customers might also get free food or pizza at certain times. However, the place can be pretty dirty, with no restroom and no AC. People leave laundry carts in the parking lot. The drop off service is considered highway robbery, charging for more pounds than actual laundry and at a much higher price than most places.

I have been doing my laundry at Naples 24 hours laundromat for years and never had a problem. Always clean, friendly service

I've definitely seen better laundromats, and I've seen worse. You can use regular credit cards, which was a plus. The place was pretty dirty, with no restroom, and people left their laundry carts in the parking lot. No AC either, but thankfully it was cooler when I visited.
