7-Eleven of Naples Walk is a small, convenient store for a big gas station. But for some reason (despite its size), they have about 10 monitors on the ceiling. (Like, we get it.) The employees attitudes are okay, which I appreciate. (But they could be better.) Overall, I do not recommend this location for any gas related activities as there are much better options on the way. (Such as more modern 7-11’s)

Beware of credit card skimmers at this location. I used a credit card here a couple days ago and didn’t use the credit card for anything else after that. Two days later I had fraudulent activity on the same account. I highly doubt this to be a coincidence because I never use this gas station and two days after I did, someone just so happened to use my card number to fraudulently buy a plane ticket costing $300. Use the touchless to pay if you can.

its imperative for me to leave a review for the Manager, Gino of 7/11 Vanderbilt Beach Rd Naples FL. I am so impressed and grateful for Gino's exceptional assistance to me within the past 48hrs.It began with me being unable to get my gas input open on my car. If not for Gino coming out to the gas tanks and assisting me, my situation would have been much worse. He totally made my day!It turns out my cell phone went missing after I left the gas station, which turned my world upside down for the past 48hrs!! Gino went above and beyond to help me search for my phone, since in front of the gas tank was the last place i had my phone.Its people like GIno that make this world a better place! His kindness and generous Spirit really touched me as well as me make it through a difficult couple of days .Thank you Gino!!!!

This 7- eleven is located in-between my home and my real estate office so I visit it frequently. They always have fresh coffee ready to go and the basics you may need so you do not have to run into the grocery store. The car wash is an added bonus. The staff is always the best.

Would be 5 stars if not for that 80ish year old white haired woman who is always rude and unpleasant. She acts like she is the CEO of 7/11 and talks down on customers as if she is superior. Never had a good encounter with her.

The cashier Gino is an unbelievable cad. More over, when I reported that the pump 11 is malfunctioning and a pool of gasoline is on the cement pad near the pump, that organism started swearing nonstop. Also, he threw his store batch at me. That person should not work at public service facility. I am going to file a complaint to the central corporate office of 7-eleven and to the Mobil corporate. That person is dangerous for business leaving a pool of gasoline at the pump without attention and screaming on customers reporting the problem. I need apologies from the administration and I think such a person as Gino should not work servicing people. I will leave my coordinates to the corporate office. Alexander.
