Your clerk Marissa always has something smart to say to me and then she refuses to let me check out. She maybe trying to bully me because I’m so small. I would like for her to be reprimanded but she will not give me the managers name or phone number. She has a very disrespectful mouth . I live around the corner and I spend money multiple times a day. I tried avoiding her because of the first time we had words. Today I absolutely had to go and she started with me again. Her behavior is completely uncalled for. I tried to report her the first time this happened and was never contacted by anyone. I would like this problem solved. If I come in the store and do not ask for help she has no reason to speak to me at all. This is harassment and I would like it to be addressed

Employee at service counter did not understand basic English. How are they supposed to help customers if they cannot communicate?
Too many people just hanging around feels uncomfortable.

Very bad no signs on the door all lights are on people gathering in the front don't see no one in the store been here half hour and no one has appeared very bad management ..

The associates at the store, give special treatment to certain individuals, including giving them free items, surely seems like the owner doesn't care about their business. at 230 AM this morning. I was in line, witnessing the cashier and the customer making jokes about the big discount he was getting........he purchased 2 full plastic bags of Red Bulls and numerous bags of chips as they winked back-and-forth about the big rewards. I thought maybe the Red Bulls were on sale so I asked and I was told that no he's getting a discount so I asked her how do you sign up for that reward and the cashier was completely puzzled. I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to figure out something ain't on the up and up. So I guess if you're one of those patrons that gets special rewards, good for you. I definitely wasn't given a rewards membership.

The owner of this store failed to pay me the pay he owed me for the hours I worked upon reaching out to him to get it resolved I got no response and my number blocked..nobody should ever work for him

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, THE CASHIER WAS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. STOOD IN LINE WHILE SHE BONDED WITH A GUESTS CHILD, AND SCRATCHING OFF THE GUEST TICKET FOR HIM. 10 MINUTES IN LINE, THE OTHER EMPLOYEE IN THERE LITERALLY WOULDNT EVEN CASH ME AND THE THREE OTHERS WAITING. HORRIBLE!!!

This location needs to be operated by more adult related individuals. This store has 0% of management professionalism. The conduct from the employees throughout the store displays 0%, relations to customer service, and the Leadership skills start from the bottom not the top.I have been a member of this community for over 30+ years and this is the first time I’ve seen this store ran by kids.Each member of the team needs to take a refresh course in customer service ASAP.

Very poorly managed seems like they can't do 2 things at once even having 2 employees they close the store because of they can't put items away and run the register how hard can that be. They need employees that's going to work ..
