Cashiers are too busy talking on the phone to help a customer looking for a phone charger. Pointed to the wrong aisle and don’t even know where the products are. I put my card in the card reader at the counter and had to remind the employee to press the button on his end to allow the transaction to
Proceed. Confronted the cashier checking out and asked if they really get paid for talking on the phone all day at work? No response. Just received a death stare. I stop in there a few times to get fuel and drinks, etc. and they’re always talking on the phone behind the counter. Never had any issues at both Marco Island locations and the 951 location. ?️ customer service. 7-11 should be ashamed of this location!

We were so excited when this store opened a couple years ago. However our excitement was short lived. I can't even count how many times we have tried to spend our money here only to find that they have no hot food available. Im starting to wonder if the cheese burger bite is a real thing. It's on the signs but I've tried for about 6 months to find one on the grill. I don't think it really exists. Yesterday I actually found some mini tacos in the hot case, so I bought them.
When I got to my car and tried to eat one, they were so hard they were inedible. Thank God there is a nice new convience store about to open just a half mile down the road. We give up on this place.

The service sucks here the old lady with the glasses in the afternoon is extremely rude to my grandmother and my mother she gives us dirty looks and snatches the money out of our hands we are pretty nice to her we dont know why she does that to us. Theres a tall guy who works alot he's really weird to mainly women not men at all he creeps alot of women out by him staring at them.

Getting diesel fuel it's coming out less than a quart a minute. I went in the store and asked the guy why it's going so slow he said it's because of the internet.

Shout out to "Christian" I haven't had an employee at this location that wasnt great, they are all very friendly and helpful, but this particular trip I met the nightshift guy Christian and he was especially friendly and helpful and was hard at work making a clean store and a clean store is what it always is, well stocked, great employees, the lead manager is always a big help and goes out of his way to help, great store, best 7-11 around, thanks guys, you rock
