We've been living at 10X Addison Place Apt for over 3 years now, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, I was impressed by how clean, well- maintained, and professionally managed the property is.
The management team, especially Ana , has always been responsive and attentive. Any time We' ve had a concern or needed something fixed, they've responded quickly and efficiently-always making sure is handled smoothly.
We also really appreciate how they keep residents updated with community news and events. They never miss a holiday or an opportunity to bring neighbors together, which makes the community feel warm and connected.
It's because of these reasons- the professionalism, the cleanliness, the responsiveness, and the sense of community- that We've decided to renew our lease. It's truly feels like home here!

Toured this place and it was infested with roaches. Then proceeded to deny it, when there were German roaches in the cabinets. Gross smell, and paper thin walls. Look anywhere else, this is not luxury

I recently moved out of 10X Addison Place after a great experience living there and transitioning into my new home. Everything about my time at the community was smooth and enjoyable. The staff was always professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and in a convenient location. I truly appreciated the amenities and the overall peaceful atmosphere.
Highly recommend 10X Addison Place to anyone looking for a quality living experience in a well-managed community!

This is a long overdue review, but I knew it would be a lengthy one, so it’s taken some time to post. When I moved in to the Addison Place, I was in a very difficult situation. My grandmother was on hospice, I had no care giver at the time, and I soon was to hold not only the responsibilities of my life, but the responsibilities of hers as well. Anna was our leasing agent at the time, who is recently promoted – and it is well deserved! She was kind, but most importantly … ACCOMODATING. One thing that seems to be consistent amongst apartment properties is the amount of support you receive before you move in, versus the support you no longer see once you are an official resident. Not here. From pre to post move-in, this team has been nothing short of attentive and ON THE BALL! I’ve never seen in all the communities I’ve lived in, a maintenance staff that follows up immediately, and doesn’t just “band-aid” the problem. Although I think highly off the entire crew, I’d like to shed light on the individuals I have personally interacted with. Leo, is hard-working, and always so helpful. Even when leaving in the morning for work I notice he waves sometimes, as does the rest of the staff. To be seen, is a beautiful thing. Anna, I could say in one word, is dedicated. Every issue, or simple question I’ve turned to her with – she has always taken action immediately. Luis, who I believe may be newer than the rest, is also incredibly kind! I’ve called a few times in need of a few things, and if he couldn’t answer what I needed, he always ensured that he would find someone who could. Diana, was one of the first and most memorable faces. She, and Anna both asked about my grandma whenever they saw me, and always encouraged us to join in on any events taking place in the community. These individuals are pillars of this community, and have created such a warm “at-home” environment. Even my neighbors are kind, and people I have befriended over time. It’s always a comforting feeling to come home to a place that you truly enjoy, and be surrounded by great people. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the Addison crew for their compassion and hard-work – it does not go unnoticed!

I am looking to move back to Naples and recently toured 10X Addison Place with Anna Marks. She was so professional and helpful, it was easy for me to imagine living in this beautiful community. Everything I need is so close, thank you Anna!

I recently moved across the country to Naples, Florida and chose to live at 10X Addison Apartments. After reading tons of reviews, I was a bit hesitant—but let me start by saying, none of the negative reviews have matched my experience.
There are no spiders in the hallways, no trash all over the property, no pet feces, not shady, none of this. Quite opposite, very clean, organized, and well taken care of.. I have seen zero rodents, mold, bugs in home—and trust me, I’m very sensitive when it comes to cleanliness and pests.
The entire moving process was made easy thanks to Anna and the leasing office. Anna is a fantastic communicator and truly diligent in helping with everything I needed. She made the transition smooth and stress-free.
So far, so great—thank you for making this such a positive experience Anna and the team at 10x Addison.

We resided at Addison Place for 15 months and can confidently say we had a wonderful experience.
The pool area was always impeccably maintained, providing a delightful vacation-like atmosphere. My toddler especially enjoyed the beach-style entry, which made splashing around even more fun.
The clubhouse truly stands out; it’s absolutely stunning. Additionally, the staff in the office were always welcoming and friendly, with Kelsey and Anna really shining in their service.
Apartment living at Addison Place really felt like a vacation. 10/10 would recommend.
