I had the pleasure of meeting Raul the General Manager while shopping for a 2 passenger golf cart.
After comparing prices and returning to meet with Raul, Adam and Mike my decision was easy and I'm so thrilled with the whole experience and feel so Blessed to have met them and look forward to a long relationship - they make me feel like I'm part of the family!

Affordable Carts is the best. We have a new Ez Go cart we purchased at another dealer and had problems with the cart they wouldn't help us fix the problem and sent us to Affordable. Going to Affordable was the best thing that happened they worked with us to get the cart fixed and running as it did coming off the show room floor. Thank you to everyone at Affordable Carts in Naples especially Raul for helping us when no one else would. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again.

Raul and the team were amazing at getting me in on a Saturday and fixing the battery on my EZGO LSV. Was great on the phone and in person. I have owned many golf carts and was very impressed w their service and inventory!

After visiting many local golf cart dealerships in the Bonita Springs/Naples area, and looking into several different brands (both new and "refurbished") we found the perfect golf cart for us at Affordable Carts. It was such a pleasure to work with Raul and Adam to help us find exactly what we needed. We ended up with a 2019 EZ-GO Elite model with a LITHIUM battery, which was best for our situation, considering we are seasonal residents here presently. Raul also suggested a custom wheel upgrade (at a reasonable cost) and we are thrilled with not only the looks of the cart now, but also the way it drives! To top it off, Manuel delivered the cart the next day, early in the morning as promised! We intend to stick with them for maintenance and service going forward. We are so glad our golf cart search landed us at this dealership and we highly recommend Affordable Carts to anyone in the market for one.
(Also, a shout out to Samantha, who handled our cart rental in the weeks preceding our purchase. She was equally wonderful to work with!)

I have been in Retail for over 40 years. This week I received the best customer service I have EVER received. My wife and I have a second home in Florida and needed a golf cart to get around. Went to Raul at Affordable Carts in Naples. EXCELLENT. Got us a great cart to fit our needs. He gave us a great price on the cart and new wheels he put on. Being that we are in FL for a short period of time this trip, he delivered it NEXT DAY. He followed up personally with a call the next day to make sure we were totally satisfied! THIS IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks Raul! I highly recommend Affordable Carts!

I purchased an EZGO Express S4 from Dan 5 years ago at the Naples East store. The customer service he provided was over the top! As good or even better than Naples Porsche.....I'm actually serious!I am now replacing my 6 original acid batteries with an Eco lithium battery. Dan has been promoted and is now managing all 5 locations so I dealt with Raul the new manager. The level of service that he provided was once again excellent. I truly felt that he always made the effort to go that extra mile for me.I have referred several of my neighbours to the East Naples location and they all are extremely satisfied.Also, I have always found their pricing to be extremely competitive.What more can I say.......5 STARS!

I needed a golf cart tire fixed. They plugged it for me for free in under 10 minutes. I highly recommend these guys.
