We were so fortunate to work with Aleman Builders on a whole-home renovation of an older house in Marco Island -- flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, lighting, plumbing, electrical, paint, and pool area. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. They were responsive, honest, and completely reliable throughout, and they did high-quality work, ahead of schedule, and within budget. At the beginning of the project, Sergio listened carefully to our needs and ideas, and made very productive suggestions without ever making us feel pressured. His calm presence made him so easy to work with, and he really helped bring our vision to life. They made the permitting and inspection processes (which we had heard can be extremely difficult in Marco Island) smooth and painless for us. We were amazed at how quickly the project moved along, especially given the number of different pieces. Toward the end they followed through in wrapping up final punch list items and making everything right down to the smallest details. I would highly recommend Aleman Builders to anyone!

Sergio and his crew completed our renovation project to perfection. They made sure we were completely satisfied during every stage. They started the project when expected and worked diligently every day until the renovation was done. The professionalism, dedication and workmanship was beyond reproach. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Aleman Builders for any housing project.
A special thank you to all the workers (male and female) who made our home into the beautiful space we wanted and to the Alemans for their patience with all my questions and addressing any concerns.

I have been designer in Naples for over 20 years and have worked with many of the most highly regarded and well respected general contractors on large projects. Sergio and Aleman Builders are, without question, the best GC’s I have ever worked with.
Sergio is great at communicating, responding promptly and addressing issues that inevitably come up on any project. He has tremendous attention to detail and his subs are the best I’ve ever worked with.
Sergio keeps the project on budget and what is extremely rare - on schedule. My clients expect the highest quality and Aleman Builders delivers on all fronts. I could not recommend them more highly and hope they will be the GC on every project I work on going forward.

Sergio and his team created a dream kitchen complete remodel in just over four weeks. The process was simple and seemingly seamless from my first meeting with Sergio until the last item was completed. Sergio is a great collaborator and helped guide me through the entire process. The team was incredible, they work like crazy to make sure every I is dotted and T crossed.

The service and follow up was fantastic. Airman did flat roof repair. Went extra lengths to ensure our satisfaction. Also, we had some drain issues that were totally rectified. Trusty worthy, honest and very reasonable fee structure!

Aleman Builders were exceptional to work with. Sergio and the team are dedicated to making the client completely happy with the outcome of their work. We asked for a lot of special detail in our project and Aleman were ready to make sure we got what we wanted. During the design process, their in-house talents provided us with creative ideas and the execution couldn't not have been better.. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Very highly recommended. Sergio, Melvin and crew did a fantastic job for us. We considered several contractors and this team immediately stood out. From the beginning they were professional and easy to work with, returned calls quickly, receptive to ideas, and very positive. They provided skilled, quality work. Sergio excels at organization. Throughout the project, they sent regular updates including pics and videos. Communication was outstanding. They have strong relationships with their subcontractors. They finished ahead of schedule and on budget. We love our finished product! We will definitely use them in the future.

We just used the services of Aleman Builders for a small bathroom renovation project. Sergio and his team did a great job. They were timely, the quality of the work was excellent and at a fair price. The punch list was completed promptly and expertly. I was very impressed. Given the small nature of our project, I was a bit concerned that we would be overshadowed by larger projects, but we had great responsiveness and efficient timing of the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend Aleman Builders!

Sergio and his team were great from the beginning, meeting him at his showroom to his constant communication throughout our kitchen remodel was outstanding, from videos explaining issues while we were out of town to always being available to our phone calls! Our house is such a show piece!
Our pictures show the vast improvement's, starting with dated oak cabinets to wonderful white cabinets and gorgeous granite countertops! We will use Aleman builders for our future bathroom remodel!

JUST OUTSTANDING!
Couldn't be more pleased with the experience we had with Aleman Builders. Sergio listened to what we wanted then suggested creative solutions....I think we ended up agreeing with his ideas 99% of the time. He dealt with the inevitable issues that come up with a renovation with calm professionalism. I was impressed with every sub-contractor Aleman Builders used, all of whom took pride in their work, were responsive and polite.

Sergio Aleman and his team completely transformed my home into a beautiful space. Managing this project while living in another state was a breeze. Sergio’s communications was detailed through video tours, voice messages, texts, emails and phone calls. His expertise and guidance while deciding on the floor plan, fixtures, hardware, and even paint colors was exceptional. His crew made sure the house was ready for my arrival and made themselves available should I have any concerns. I am so grateful for the respect, attention to detail, and professionalism that I experienced working with Sergio and his team.
