Their work is excellent and they are nice people. However the prices have gone up. I will only use them for dressy clothes in the future. They are too expensive for every day items.

Very professional environment- clean, well organized in take and delivery system, gracious clerks, good work. Delivery of work is a bit longer than I prefer but they will work with you to get your items earlier. Prices are fair, consistent with what I pay up North. I will definitely go back to this store and recommend to JKL

I took my suit jacket in to have the sleeves shortened an inch, with twenty other items. The jacket disappeared and I was never compensated.

Got a dress altered. Price $115 dollars. Alterations were more than the price of the dress. They said they were going to press the dress too. It was all wrinkled, they said the fabric was hard to press. At least they could have called me and told me the price so I could have taken it elsewhere!!!!

I went there because a store recommended them for altering the three suit jackets I bought. I am completely disappointed with the results. I do not know if they are not used to work on suits or they experience is only with sport clothing. Needless to say, when I told the owner that this is not the type of alteration I was hoping for, she replied, "we have a 20 years reputation" instead to try to see how to meet my expectations. Not good alterations and not an acceptable customer service either. If you need to fix the length of a pair of shorts you may go there, if not, better to search for another place.
